🕊️ [Project] note version Pay It Forward Project is here! Let's pass the baton of kindness: Claims

I'm LaLaLa, currently in the midst of trial and error.
I read all the articles of the approximately 372 people I'm connected to in order to write the Pay It Forward tree,
and I started to see trends in people who don't pass it on.
1. Creators who are writing serialized novels
2. Creators with long intervals between posts
3. Creators who write many articles venting their feelings
[Latest count: 124 people] The self-sustaining power of kindness never stops! The 'preciousness' of passing the baton and a new form of 'paying it forward'
🌸 Currently (8/10), 369 warm scenes created by 124 connectors
The "Pay It Forward Project" spreading through the streets of note. In the latest count, the number of creators who have passed the baton has finally reached124.
If these 124 people pass the baton to 3 people each as per the rules, a total of369creators will receive warm words of support from someone. One person's action creates 3 smiles, and that multiplies 124 times. This number is the best proof that the "self-sustaining power of kindness" has taken root in the city of note.
✨ The preciousness of "writing about someone" which is more important than the "connection rate"
The current "connection rate (participation rate)" of the project is about 33.3%. While this is an exceptionally "high batting average" for a project on social media, on the other hand, there is also the reality that about 66.6% of those who received the baton stopped it without writing the next article. However, the organizer, LaLaLa, thinks this way.
"It is important that the baton is passed, but even more than that, the very fact that you read someone's article and wrote an introduction article with your thoughts in it is more precious than anything else.".🕊 The preciousness of writing an article and introducing someone
To pass the baton, you need to overcome three major
walls(psychological burden, disruption of posting cycle, physical effort).
The time spent thinking about and worrying about "who should I introduce?"
The task of carefully reading the other person's article and putting its charm into words.
The effort of taking the trouble to write an article and leave a record of the pure feeling that "this is wonderful."
These are all "surplus love" used for someone other than yourself. Even if the baton stops there (even if the non-connection rate was 66%), the fact that you read that person's article and introduced itdefinitely lights a warm lamp in the heart of the person introduced.
More than the result of "whether it connects or not," your very action of "wanting to support" is the energy that makes the city of note kinder.
Everyone gathered here has read the articles you introduced, understood your personality, and new friends are increasing. It is an opportunity for many more people than the three you gifted to know about you.
🔥 [New Rule] "Spontaneous Restart" to keep the baton from stopping!
"I passed the baton, but it stopped due to the other person's circumstances..." There is no need to be disappointed in such cases. Therefore, we are introducing anew ruleto keep the baton from stopping.
[New Rule: Spontaneous Baton] To all creators whose baton passed to 3 people happened not to connect, why notspontaneously pass the baton to 3 other people? The "kindness" you were passed, you can pass on to someone else again with your own will. Such "spontaneous participation" will grow the project into an even thicker tree.
And to those whose baton stopped due to the circumstances of the person they happened to gift (busy, serializing, etc.),LaLaLa will send you the baton again with love!💕💕💕 Please don't feel bad about "not being able to connect," and come back to this circle of kindness as many times as you like.
📝 Participation Rules (Simple & Flexible!)
Receive the baton: Start once you receive a comment!
Introduce 3 people's articles: Read the articles of creators you think are "wonderful," send them a supportive comment, and introduce them in your own article.
Connect spontaneously: If you feel the baton has stopped, you are very welcome to spontaneously gift it to 3 new people.
🌟 In conclusion
372 acts of kindness released by 124 connectors. The joy of the baton connecting and the preciousness of writing an article while thinking of someone are all treasures of this project.
Your action of "reading someone's article and conveying its charm" is itself a beautifully completed act of paying it forward. Now, won't you be the next one to deliver this warm baton to someone?
2. People who break through the "3 major barriers" with love
Why is such a high batting average maintained? The organizer, LaLaLa, analyzes that this article posting has the following3 high walls.
Psychological burden: Consideration for the other person when choosing the next 3 people by name.
Disruption of posting cycle: Resistance to having one's own series or rhythm disrupted.
Physical effort: The labor of reading someone's article, writing an introduction, and setting it up.
Your "that's wonderful" reaches 3 people. Starting from one person's comment, a
circle of gentle connections.
New rules
A project to keep the baton going
For creators who happened to pass the baton to 3 people but it didn't continue,
why not spontaneously send the baton to 3 other people this time?
Pass on the kindness you received. (Spontaneous participation)
I will send the baton to you!
💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
To all the creators who didn't get to connect because of the circumstances of the creators you happened to send it to, I, LaLaLa, will send you the baton with love 💕
💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
To spread the circle of "kindness" and "support" within note,I am starting the "Pay It Forward Project"! This project is a support baton like a game where you pass on the joy you received to 3 other people.
📝 The rules for participation are very simple!
① Start when you receive a comment!
It starts when you receive a comment (baton) on this article of mine, or on someone else's article.
② Read and comment on 3 other people's articles
Within note, please read the articles of 3 other creators that you think are "wonderful" or "want to support," and leave a comment with your thoughts or encouragement.
③ Introduce them in your own article and pass the baton
Once you have finished leaving your comments, write one note article of your own, and at the end, include the following [3 things] and post it.
"Names of the 3 creators you commented on (or links to their articles)"
"A request message for the person who receives the baton next"
Hashtag #PayItForwardProject
💡 Template to paste at the end of your article
When writing your own article, please copy the text below and paste it at the very bottom!
May many wonderful encounters and warm comments spread throughout note.
I look forward to everyone's participation!
I am going to read articles now and post the template below to leave comments. I don't know if those people will participate in Pay It Forward, but I will give it a try.
I have created three patterns to quickly convey the purpose of the project so that the recipient is not surprised. Please choose and use your favorite one.
Pattern 1: Standard (Recommended!)
I am participating in a project on note called the "Baton of Kindness (Pay It Forward Project)," and I have sent a comment to this article that I love.
If you don't mind, I would be happy if you could pass this baton on to three other people! Please check out my latest article for details.
Pattern 2: Short (Simple)
I am currently participating in the "Pay It Forward Project" on note, which aims to expand the circle of support. I have taken the liberty of sending a baton (comment) to this wonderful article!
Details such as the rules are written in my article, so please check it out if you'd like.
Pattern 3: Polite (When you want to convey it thoroughly)
I always enjoy reading your wonderful posts!
There is a project on note called the "Pay It Forward Project" that connects support, and I commented because I really wanted to support you!
The rules of the project and how to pass it on to the next person are summarized in my article. I would be happy if you could take a look when you have time.
I have created three easy-to-understand patterns so that readers can empathize and think, "That's wonderful, I want to participate too." Please choose the one closest to your feelings and feel free to arrange it.
Pattern 1: I want to get along with everyone (Focus on interaction)
There are many wonderful articles on note, but I often just read them and pass by.
However, just saying one word like "That was great!" makes the writer incredibly happy, doesn't it?
I started this project because I wanted to create a "warm place" on note where everyone can praise each other more easily and meet new wonderful creators!
Pattern 2: I want to make the note town kinder (Focus on support)
Kind words or happy things received from someone stay in your heart forever, don't they?
I thought that if we could pass those "happy feelings" on to someone else like a gift instead of keeping them to ourselves, the note town would become a kinder place.
I want to enjoy the excitement of one small comment spreading to 3, 9, and 27 people together with everyone!
Pattern 3: Simple & Casual (Focus on fun)
I love the "Pay It Forward" mechanism of passing on kindness received to someone else, and I wanted to try it on note, which I love!
I would be happy if we could all enjoy passing on the feeling of "I like this article!" as a baton without thinking too hard about it. Please try to find your favorite articles as if you were treasure hunting!
If you insert these "my thoughts" right after the "Let's start!" part of the rule explanation text, it will become a wonderful article that conveys your enthusiasm very well.

This time, my article titled OOOOO is being introduced, but I don't think Lalala has read it. I wrote in detail in the article I wrote at the beginning called "I want to connect with people I can resonate with," but I just cannot stand it when people act as if they have read it when they haven't. (Reading all those articles and writing an introduction is not an easy thing to do. I also spent a lot of time and put my heart into writing about the people I introduced in Pay It Forward. Originally, an introduction should be that heavy. However, this is just my personal feeling, so it is fine to ignore it.)
I am wondering if I should write introduction articles in the future given this kind of complaint.
Since I was choosing one from many articles, I thought there was no way I wouldn't read them, but I spent about an hour deleting all the articles without arguing, and I apologized and deleted them from all articles.
If there is anyone else who feels disgusted by having their article introduced, I will delete it.
Of course, I am not writing everything by hand; I am using AI to operate this.
If you feel disgusted by having your articles or creator profile introduced, please let me know and I will delete it promptly.

Note Version Pay It Forward Project History
🕊️ [Project] Note Version of the Pay It Forward Project is Here! Let's Pass the Baton of Kindness is a project I first launched on 6/19/2026.
It didn't spread much with just my own power.
When I posted this article as a project,Koyori | Manager of the Forest of Livinggave me this comment, and it started spreading from here.
Koyori | Manager of the Forest of Living・1 month ago
LaLaLa-san🖋️ Hello^^ The idea of "paying it forward" is a way of life that I personally hold very dear, so when I found this project, I really wanted to participate. I have an article I wrote about paying it forward, but this time I would be happy if I could connect our paths with a story that conveys the atmosphere of the "Forest of Living" that I write about. Thank you.🌳
https://note.com/koyorimade/n/n5ebc53806f56
The pebble thrown by another person,Shizuku Amano-sanconnected well, and the branches kept growing.
Thanks to Koyori-san creating a tree of paying it forward, the connections were visualized, and I think more people became conscious of the connections within Note, didn't they?
Koyori | Manager of the Forest of Living is doing a project like this.
This is not just about passing the baton you received, but a project to visualize how your own baton connects.
I, LaLaLa, the new rule-maker, introduced everyone's articles here and threw the baton to everyone again. To the 124 people I have thrown it to so far, please try to pass the baton to 3 other people🫸🫷
Now, what will happen?
If these 124 people pass the baton to 3 people each as per the rules, it will reach a total of369 creatorsat once.
It will become738 peopleat once. If you pass the baton to 6 people each, it will be1107 peopleand will suddenly exceed the goal of 10,000 people. (Law of compound interest)
Your article will be exposed to the eyes of10,000 people.
This is not a timeline, so your article will not be washed away by the waves of an algorithm.
It is a circle of goodwill where many people are connected.
Reading the comments I received, people are happy to receive thank-you comments from those they sent it to, interactions are deepening because of this, and interactions are being born between people who had no contact before and gathered here.
It is truly becoming the world I, LaLaLa, envisioned when I launched this project. The other day, someone passed the baton to me. I was so happy, thinking it had finally returned.KITAcore | Kitakore @ Log Playerthank you.
The beginning was with me, LaLaLa, but why don't you grow the branches as your own project?

A contemplative article that, through an encounter with a book, sincerely unravels heavy themes like anti-war, anti-discrimination, and anti-sexual violence from the fresh perspective of being on the 'side that has the potential to cause harm.'
It presents the dangers of ending up in dualism of good and evil or self-deprecation and reflection, and deeply questions the necessity of 'tolerance and sincere dialogue' that transcends partial extraction and conflict.
Without settling for condemnation or criticism of a specific book, it is a work filled with quiet yet strong will and kindness, shining a light on the diversity akin to the eight million gods and the inherent human capacity for empathy.
A creator who quietly explores and contemplates living and the movements of the heart with the question 'How shall I live?' in their chest.
They carefully put invisible emotions and thoughts—such as daily discomfort, loneliness, distance from others, and self-understanding—into words, valuing the sharing of the 'process of continuing to think' over providing clear answers. With true-to-life worries and an honest tone, it is a work that gives hints for adults living through absurd days to relax their shoulders and accept the 'happiness that is right there.'
A creator who possesses warm humor and kindness, wanting to 'laugh off the unreasonableness and misfortune that visit even those who live seriously,' and delivers words that serve as a breather in daily life.

It contains deep self-insight, reframing fortune-telling not as a way to predict the future, but as a 'perspective to understand the background and temperament of a person's actions.'

A creator who writes about daily events, the movements of the human heart, and how to face oneself and loved ones with warm words.
They view fortune-telling as 'one perspective for understanding a person's individuality and feelings,' and share content that serves as a catalyst for readers to take a deeper look at themselves and those around them. They actively participate in baton projects on Note and interactions with peers, and through writing that gently shines a light on the charm and stories of others, they provide readers with a calm and comfortable space.

By calmly analyzing cultural differences and the structure of relationships, they reframe the 'choice not to speak' not as running away or enduring, but as a strategy and self-control to protect oneself.
It is a book full of insights that makes one realize that objectifying emotions to protect one's own axis and peace, and not standing on the same playing field as the unreasonable, is true strength.

A storyteller and psychology-based creator who gently and delicately verbalizes complex human emotions with the theme of 'HSP x Psychology x Story'.

⑭ Arichan-sensei🐾 | Stiff shoulders/Lower back pain | Anma Massage and Shiatsu Practitioner / Acupuncturist
An Anma massage and shiatsu practitioner and acupuncturist who runs a treatment clinic at home while facing Retinitis Pigmentosa (a specified disease).
I specialize in an approach that unravels the causes of physical discomfort based on 'fascia and bodily connections' derived from actual clinical experience, rather than just textbook theory. In addition to my 'Stiff Shoulder Dictionary' and 'Lower Back Pain Dictionary,' which organize the causes of shoulder and lower back pain from multiple perspectives, as well as explanations of 'Anatomy Trains,' I provide easy-to-understand, systematic knowledge useful for everyone from the general public to fellow professionals and students, including know-how on opening and managing a one-person clinic and self-care methods.
Featured Article
A healthcare commentary article that clearly organizes the differences between 'stiff shoulders' and 'frozen shoulder' while explaining their deep relationship from the perspective of clinical practice.
Based on professional treatment experience, I carefully unravel the mechanism by which decreased flexibility in muscles and shoulder blades due to stiff shoulders leads to the risk of frozen shoulder in the future.
As 'stiff shoulders are an important signal from the body,' this is a must-read book for protecting shoulder health that teaches the importance of not ignoring them and starting care now.
⑮ Yuna | Person who eases circular thinking
A currently practicing clinical psychologist working at a psychiatric and psychosomatic medicine clinic.
For those who overthink things at work or in relationships, or those who suppress their emotions thinking they 'must act properly,' I share words and approaches to lighten and organize the mind. Based on real-life experiences in psychology graduate school and clinical settings, I advocate the message that 'endurance is not true strength; feeling pain and hardship properly is true strength.' I continue to gently suggest the importance of escaping from thought loops (circular thinking) and accepting one's emotions in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Featured Article
A thought-organizing essay that gently unravels the 'arrival illusion,' where the heart seems to fade even though one should be doing well after achieving goals, and the psychology behind it.
Focusing on the gap between the 'borrowed map' drawn by one's past self and one's current self, I convey the importance of checking one's current location rather than moving in a rush.
This is a book that gently supports a troubled heart, accepting the discomfort one felt not as a denial, but as a 'sign that you have begun to redraw your own map.'
⑯ Yufu | Morning sun, flowers, and the life ahead
A creator who, while working as a sales assistant, has overcome deep hardships such as past bullying, domestic violence, and divorce, and delivers a way of life that cherishes oneself and the small daily happiness before turning 50.
Starting with a 5-minute morning habit of burning incense and taking deep breaths while asking oneself 'I'm okay today too,' I share small scenes in life such as the morning sun, flowers, and birdsong, as well as tips for organizing the mind. Through my journey of reclaiming myself while carrying harsh experiences, I continue to deliver warm messages like a 'garden where you can return with peace of mind' that quietly supports the hearts of readers who feel that living is difficult.
Featured Article
A lifestyle essay depicting a way of life that carefully organizes oneself through the small habit of 'burning incense for 5 minutes in the morning' found before turning 50.
I write with warm and clear words about the preciousness of the time spent saying 'I'm okay today too,' which I reached after overcoming past hardships and conflicts.
This is a book that gently supports the heart, teaching the importance of focusing on the small happiness of daily life and reclaiming oneself while keeping the heart calm.
⑰ Psychologist crossing boundaries [Pendulum]
A clinical psychologist and certified public psychologist who has been active for many years in a wide range of professional fields, including school counselor, full-time psychiatric psychologist, associate nursing school lecturer, and infant health checkup staff.
Focusing on the 'gaps' in perception that arise between fields such as medicine, education, family, and administration, I share thought organization and multi-faceted perspectives as an 'interpreter' standing in the 'between.' Rather than forcibly correcting the gaps, I warmly and carefully unravel 'why they occur' and 'how one can re-perceive them,' continuing to deliver insights that lighten the hearts of on-site supporters and guardians.
Featured Article
A site map article that organizes practical knowledge with the theme of 'gaps in perspective and understanding' that span multiple fields such as medicine, education, and child-rearing.
It clearly covers a wealth of magazines and series that you can choose according to your interests, such as education, psychiatric nursing, developmental characteristics, nutrition, and dialogue.
