Soft light streams in through the morning curtains.
Wrapping my hands around a steaming mug,
I take a deep breath.
Moments that seem like nothing is happening
might actually be the most fulfilling of all.
Small bursts of laughter,
the sound of the wind passing through the house.
In such moments,
I feel the light of 'calm'
quietly flickering on.
