Welcome to HONO's note - A Map of the Bookshelf

Hello, I'm HONO🌸

Thank you for finding your way to this page.

The articles I've written so far have been piling up little by little.
Records from my work as a pharmacist, thoughts I've had as an individual, and essays written in response to other creators.

Since the topics are quite varied, those visiting for the first time might be unsure where to start reading.

So, I've created a map of my bookshelf.
Please feel free to peek inside through whichever door catches your interest🌸

📖 Three books for first-time readers

If you're thinking, "I'd like to read one to three pieces to start," I recommend these three😊

Book 1: From my perspective as a pharmacist

Going beyond the image of a "pharmacy person," this explores what hospital pharmacists actually do on the front lines. The meaning of DI work, the time spent by the patient's bedside. This is a story of my pride as a pharmacist.

Book 2: As an individual

The term “Oshokujime” (the final meal) used during the end-of-life stage. This is an essay where I re-examine my own position within the circle of multidisciplinary collaboration that supports that final bite.

Book 3: Playing with fellow writers

Inspired by another creator's "Doraemon in Oita dialect," I tried writing Doraemon in Niigata dialect. It's packed with the warmth of the dialect and the joy of connections here on note.

🗺️ Three entrances

My note is broadly divided into three entrances.

  • The Pharmacist's Face—Thoughts from the field and professional matters

  • As an Individual—Things felt outside of medicine, family matters, and philosophy

  • Interactions with Fellow Writers—Letters to other creators, collaborations, etc.

I hope there is something here that interests you as you read this🌸

🏥 Entering from the Pharmacist's Face

As a pharmacist working in a convalescent rehabilitation hospital, I write about what I think about in the field. I focus on the thought processes in the field that aren't in textbooks, such as kidneys, pressure ulcers, multidisciplinary collaboration, and DI tasks.

[Magazine]

▶ Behind the numbers of renal function, how to spot hidden renal impairment, and prescription proposals. I have summarized the mindset of a pharmacist specializing in kidneys.

▶ What can a pharmacist do to bring a patient closer to a better state, even if just a little? Finding and adjusting medications that hinder rehabilitation. This is a practical record of a pharmacist working in a convalescent ward.

▶ Stories of collaboration that start from those casual conversations when being stopped in the hospital hallway. Before I knew it, I was talking more with registered dietitians than with nurses.

▶ A work-in-progress record of my journey toward certification, consisting of 80% hesitation and 20% learning. It is updated irregularly, but I want to work hard together with those who are aiming to obtain qualifications.

▶ I was once told that the work of a hospital pharmacist is "behind the iron curtain." The articles here are my own answer to "What do hospital pharmacists actually do?"

▶ Reality is not just pretty things. I write about the realities I have faced, including before and after obtaining my qualifications.

[A book I would be happy if you read as a pharmacist]

🌸 As an individual

As an individual, as a writer—
I collect what I felt, what I worried about, and what I laughed about, just as they are.

[Magazine]

▶ A place where I collect things I felt outside of medicine, challenges I took on, and thoughts I had as an individual, just as they are.

▶ Population: 1. National approval rating for Oronamin C: almost 100%. This is a record of HONO with her white coat off, which appears when she is too busy and her head is about to explode.

▶ Daily life as a mom, told comically. Please read when you want to take a break.

📚 Interaction with fellow writers

Respect for creators I met on note, letters, and collaboration projects. For me, note is a "place to read" as much as it is a "place to write."

[Magazine]

▶ A place where I collect articles that moved my heart and articles by my favorite creators. This is my "bookshelf" and a record of my gratitude.

[Stories about branding]

🌈With gratitude

I had Seumi-san compose a song for me, and many people listened to it. I even received a very happy comment saying, 'I thought it was a cheering song for medical professionals' 🌸 Seumi-san, thank you so much ✨

By participating in Ai-san's 💗 project, I was able to try facing my inner self properly for the first time. I feel like this project has helped me break out of my shell a little bit (or rather, quite a lot?) 😊
Ai-san 💗. I feel like I am understanding myself, little by little 🌸 Thank you so much ✨

You are the first recovery-period friend I made after starting note 🌸 You suggested we collaborate, you put into words and shared the sense of the field that I couldn't notice as just a pharmacist, and you even lost your way with me for a bit (lol). You might be the main reason my note has become the style it is today 🤣 Thank you so much 🌸 Let's keep working together ✨

I am truly grateful for you branding me as a Squat Sorcerer (lol). It's incredibly cool, but the squat takes everything away in the final result ✨ It's the best ✨✨
I will continue to use your many god-tier tools 🌈✨

Up to this point, I have been supported by many creators.
Thank you all so much ✨

Writing is like breathing to me.
Things I thought about in the field, things I realized during time with my family, things I was moved by in the words of other creators—
I want to continue putting each of those things into words, little by little.

Thank you for reading this far.
Thank you.
I look forward to your continued support 🌸
