Tsukiho-san
I was charmed by the way the character's feelings and confusion toward their partner are first realized amidst a carefully depicted evening shower. The ending, which uses a ruthless line to blow away the atmosphere in one stroke, is masterful.
Nakanohito-nari-san
The adorable world-building was so vivid. The metaphors for the sky and clouds were soft and fantastical, and the innocent movements of the children combined with the sweet atmosphere left a pleasant lingering impression.
Isami Kitagawa-san
It was a story that left an impression with the protagonist's professional pride as they stood perfectly still as a mannequin. The balance between the glamour of the wedding venue and the mundane talk of evening showers and acid rain was exquisite.
Hiroiten-san
I take my hat off to the idea of jumping from a sweet scene to using stereo sound sources as a metaphor for love. It was poignant yet realistic how, even when sharing the same time, the worlds we see are slightly different.
Inutsuka Urochii-san
It was a realistic story about the scene of using it as a pillow and the anger felt upon seeing it. The ruthless treatment of the father-in-law and the somewhat lovable family dynamic leave a unique, dark-humored lingering impression.
Mochizawa-san
It was a funny story about the sorrow of a planner being pushed around by the unpredictable element of a ring dog. The two-stage punchline, where you think they've overcome the crisis with quick thinking only to be plunged back into the abyss by the dog's instincts, is delightful.
Akira Masunaga 📚🍃@Modern Fantasy-san
It was a mellow story that reconnected humans and foxes, past and future, centered around gloves and rings. The pain of losing one's home is woven into the warmth of a fairy tale, and the lingering impression of landing on a gentle hope is beautiful.
Suzuran-san
I take my hat off to the structure of transforming acid rain into hope using a cloud ring pillow. I felt warmed by the ending, where difficulties are overcome with wisdom and craftsmanship, gently changing the world itself.
tomado
This was a skillfully crafted story where the ring pillow symbolizes the lost memories of Earth and the connections between people. The resignation toward a homeland that may have perished, combined with the determination to move forward, leaves a bittersweet lingering impression.
☆chobi chobi 358☆
The scene combining hydrangeas wet with an evening shower and a ring pillow is beautiful, and the story, told with minimal explanation, really sparks the imagination. The act of poking at things to mask one's anxiety feels very real.
Saifuno Himo Yurumi
The regret of not being able to attend the wedding and the lingering attachment to a love that has ended overlap, making my heart ache. The final sentence leaves a deep impression on my heart.
Sosuke
This was a beautiful story about the process of a tiny person gently reconnecting the protagonist with an ex-lover. The story of continuing to think of someone you cannot return to sets the protagonist's stagnant time in motion, leaving a lingering sense of what is to come.
utyumutyu
This was a heartwarming story about the protagonist's indecisive heart gradually becoming clear while layering scenes of hydrangeas, evening showers, and a Buddhist wedding. The clumsy proposal leaves a refreshing lingering impression.
Kahori Kosugi
This was a beautiful story where hydrangeas and a ring pillow serve as symbols celebrating a daughter's new beginning. The image of a mother who prepared the soil and raised the flowers now sending her daughter off with a ring pillow filled with love leaves a warm lingering impression.
Jima Nakajima
The unsettling sight of what looks like a corpse and the innocent actions of a young girl do not mesh, creating an uneasy feeling throughout the reading experience. The protagonist's weakness in hesitating to report it and the structure that leaves the truth ambiguous leave an eerie lingering impression.
Tekion yori 1-do Hikume
The structure was skillful, calmly stacking the strange common sense of people from the future while the worldview itself functions as a punchline. The leap in logic is pleasant, and the development that leaves mysteries until the end really sparks the imagination.
Hareruya ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ。
I take my hat off to the flow of stacking up the generation gap and landing on a fluffy cushion for hemorrhoids at the end. The interaction between the grandfather who pretends to know everything and his grandchild is heartwarming.
Tsumugi Aide
This was a poignant story about the present, where the protagonist gazes through an album at memories of their innocent daughter jumping into a futon. The happiness of casual daily life, depicted as time that will never return, leaves a deep lingering impression.
Oshiro-san
I take my hat off to the absurd idea of depicting stiff shoulders as iron. In this strange world, the intimacy and mutual care of a couple who have been together for many years, interwoven with a ring pillow and an evening shower, is heartwarming.
Drive-in New Ajito-san
It was a fun story with the idea of flipping an RPG final boss battle into a romantic comedy. The flow toward reconciliation by caring for one's appearance felt real, and the final sentence leaves a happy lingering feeling.
Kuroirusuke-san
I take my hat off to the structure where the protagonist's casual day-to-day life continues, while the perspective opens up significantly in the second half. The innocent joy of the child from the future fills my heart with affection for the story.
Ryu-san
It was a skillful story where the metaphor of layering an evening shower with acid rain vividly reflects the beginning and end of love. The repeated motifs leave the pain of what could not be as a lingering aftertaste.
C-san
It was a story where the natural joy depicted after carefully stacking up the daily routine of the workplace resonates in the heart. The warmth of the lunch break stands out in contrast to the hard descriptions of protective suits and chemicals.
Short Short Station-san
It was a skillfully structured story that, while wearing the air of an old tale or legend, depicts an obsession with a ring and the determination to let it go. The paradox that a marriage is only fulfilled after losing the proof of marriage leaves a deep impression.
Hane-san
While depicting the loneliness of insomnia, it was a heartwarming story about two nameless people sharing the night. The fantastical ending where sheep turn into sweaters leaves a small sense of salvation and prayer as a lingering aftertaste.
Sorane-san
I read it while nodding along as the sensible protagonist voiced the reader's own thoughts. The banter between the characters was pleasant, and the absurdity of the ring pillow's demands made for a funny story.
Mizutama-san
It was a story with a charming protagonist who refuses a life of happiness without risk and seeks a form that is true to themselves. The persuasiveness seeping from the all-out proposal made me feel a genuine love amidst the laughter, and it was heart-fluttering.
Nao-san
I read it while almost crying at the powerful development that linked a post-apocalyptic world with pure love. The wedding ceremony depicted as a ritual of parting with humanity is poignant, and the kiss in the rain leaves a beautiful lingering aftertaste.
Margo
It was a brilliant story where, while the craftsmen pursued beauty, the ending showed that the value of a tool is determined by its harmony with the user. A deep lingering impression remains at the moment the iron ring truly shines.
Minarai
It was a charming story where the development of throwing the ring into the sea due to extreme clumsiness was delightful. The contrast between the protagonist's lack of confidence and the affection glimpsed at the end is pleasant.
Moyoron
The energetic dialogue was thrilling, and I laughed throughout the story at the suspicious inventions and runaway desires. It was a story where the familiarity and charm seeping through their casual banter become addictive.
Bone
It was a clever story with a composition where the focus is on acid rain and thinning hair, while the decisive sense of unease goes unnoticed. The final retort makes a sense of pathos drift in all at once.
Thank you for the wonderfully fluffy story!
