[India-Aha-san]
A piece that layers the dense passion of a single night over the shifting expressions of a sparkler. From the moment of ignition to the fleeting instant it falls, the rising heat and swaying emotions are delicately depicted. It is a work that delivers the image of love glowing in the silence with rich emotion.
[Suzuran-san]
A trail of small light blooming in the darkness of night. Layered over the transience of the sparkler is the precious time that dwells within everyday life. It is a warm piece that gently affirms the beauty of a life that shines quietly, even if it isn't a special day.
[Mashiro 8-san]
A sparkler shared with him, away from the lively circle. Layered over that small, clear light was a pure love I believed would last forever. It is a delicate piece that quietly and painfully weaves together memories that melt into the heart along with the fallen spark.
[Glassbird-san]
A summer love story written as if to accompany the shifting expressions of a sparkler from ignition to the falling spark. The intensely bursting sparks and the faint swaying of the heart intersect beautifully. A work that quietly carves out fleeting yet vivid memories.
[Akugare (Arika-banare)-san]
A secret love layered over the scent of smoke drifting in the night breeze and a bud yet to open. It is a refined and tasteful poem that wishes to keep the beauty of the heartache as it is, rather than seeking fulfillment. The quiet night air is conveyed vividly.
[Kairoudouketsu-san]
A faint resistance and murmur against the fact that only sparklers are loved as symbols of life. Complex emotions flicker in the shadows of the short, sharpened words. It is a piece that leaves an aftertaste as if you had quietly touched someone's true feelings in the darkness of a quiet night.
[Satsuki (Elderly Couple and One Cat)-san]
On the night of the Jizo festival, two people share the remaining sparklers. A young man carrying the pressure and confusion of the future, and a girl secretly harboring an unrequited love. Beneath the crackling, fleeting sparks, it is a delicate work where intersecting thoughts and the end of summer quietly seep through.
[Renji Oshima-san]
A summer night spent with family, memories lit by a single sparkler. Beyond the quietly bursting light, the image of a girl I once promised a future with is revived. It is a painful yet warm piece where the fulfilled present and the memories deep in the heart quietly intersect.
[Tomoshibi-san]
On the last day of summer vacation, two people share sparklers alone on the riverbank at dusk. As the flickering light shifts from the bud to the scattering chrysanthemum, unspoken, secret feelings overlap. This is a poignant yet warm piece of youth that delicately depicts the end of summer and a wavering heart.
[Hinata @ Primarily a Reader 📙-san]
The spark of a sparkler watched in childhood, and a simple question about 'death' that suddenly brushed against the heart. This is an essay that leaves a warm yet quiet lingering impression, layering the wish to live as fully as possible, however fleetingly, onto the microcosm of a life depicted by a sparkler.
[Goro Yamaguchi-san]
Two people who cannot meet each other's eyes, a boy trying to act older, college students gathering. People of different generations and relationships layer their own scenes onto the small sparks. This is a piece that quietly gathers bittersweet and clumsy feelings that intersect under the light of sparklers.
[Tsukishiro Noe-san]
The first summer since they started dating, Kasumi and Sota enjoy fireworks in the park at night. After the lively lights have faded, a single sparkler remains, lit in secret. This work depicts the bittersweet and precious time they spend together, spreading through the night breeze and the scent of gunpowder.
[Miwakarasu-san]
On the way home from a summer festival, secret feelings and a premonition of parting are layered onto the light of a sparkler. A word that could not be spoken still tightens the chest even as time passes. This is a nostalgic work that quietly traces the sweet and painful memories of summer, carved alongside fleeting sparks.
[Wotakasu | Walkinist-san]
Under a starry sky after the frenzy of the school festival has passed, two people huddle together holding sparklers. A quiet time carved out amidst sweet sighs and flickering sparks. However, a word spoken as the spark falls tears through the night. This is a piece depicting a poignant and fleeting moment of love.
[Sepia Biyori-san]
The precious moment of clutching a first sparkler tightly while whispering 'I'm scared.' The small spark that looks like it will fall but doesn't, and a worried profile. These are two tanka poems where the childish tension and quiet warmth touch the heart warmly.
[Tekion yori 1°C Hikume-san]
A single sparkler tucked into an old book, and a beautiful ghost painting that is the spitting image of a woman close to me. When the silence of the mysterious painting and her likeness overlap, my heart is quietly captured. This is a mysterious piece full of atmosphere, where fantasy and daily life quietly intersect.
[Chachamaru-san]
[A poem] layering fading feelings onto sparks that burst quietly. The earnest wish to resist the wind and hold onto this very moment strikes the heart. This is a work with a lingering, mellow impression, where the fleeting nature of sparklers and wavering love beautifully overlap.
[Aide Tsumugi-san]
Not a flashy display, but a sparkler quietly falling in one's hand. This is a piece of writing that carefully scoops up the movements of a heart accepting what is fading away in the silence of facing a small flame. The quiet gaze watching the fleeting nature of it all soaks deeply into the heart.
[Hazuki Yamada]
The fireballs of the two sparklers stacked together were too heavy and fell immediately. It is a tranquil story that depicts, with a somewhat clear gaze, the life and sexuality of a woman standing quietly alone beyond resignation, along with the void and past memories that sprouted between a married couple without any major breakdown.
[Mizutama]
In a world where everything has been burned away, a consciousness that has lost its physical body wanders. The light, like a sparkler lit in the darkness, was the breath of new life—a fantastical work that depicts the brilliance of life sprouting beyond destruction with a warm gaze.
[Keinotou]
Beyond the falling light, the two who huddle together exchange the words, "It won't end." It is a work that makes one feel the passing time and the faint eternity lurking deep within it. A quiet lingering resonance spreads endlessly between the lines of their modest exchange.
[Sukima [ Sorosoro Watashi Hanseiki ]]
After a defensive battle in junior high school, the 48-year-old "I" became married to my former homeroom teacher. What is written with lighthearted humor and a unique sense of words is a special sparkler enjoyed by the two of us after many years have passed. It is a sweet, funny, and somewhat endearing story of adult love.
