It is an initiative to connect your own "living" poem to Shuntaro Tanikawa's poem "Living."
Regardless of age, nationality, time, or place, it continues to spread without end. For example, here.
I, too, am one of those who once participated in that movement.
In the space called no+e, after touching the many, truly many vivid colors of feelings from everyone I connected with, I decided to launch this project.
People cannot live alone.
Loneliness is not being alone.
People live within connections with others.
Connections with humans, living things, inanimate objects, and minerals.
Our standing on the earth is also a connection.
With the earth, with the globe, with gravity, with universal gravitation.
So, let's connect living here.
And let's go on living.
Things we can do for the future.
Things that will remain after my life has ended.
A relay of morning, night, and life.
The words left behind by someone might someday, somewhere, support someone.
Right now, I am writing this article on impulse, while thinking of the faces—no, the existences—no, the hearts of the various people I have met on no+e.
This is a clumsy project from my humble self.
