[Summary] Structural Analysis Series
We believe that we live our daily lives through our own "choices."
What clothes to wear, who to associate with, which company to work for.
However, lurking behind those "intended choices" is something invisible.
For example, is your inability to speak your mind at work due to your personality?
Do you hold back and not tell your partner your true feelings because you are timid?
Is the uneasy feeling you get when you see someone talking about their dreams caused by jealousy?
Perhaps.
But there is something that cannot be explained by that alone.
That something is not within the individual's inner self, but is an unconscious "premise" woven into relationships and social rules.
The rules we are convinced are "just the way things are."
The feeling that being the same as someone else is safe.
The resignation that comes when logical arguments don't work.
A strange society where the skill of reading the room is valued.
A career perspective "designed" to make you worry about not knowing what you want to do.
--All of these are products of a structure that makes it look as if it is "your own fault."
Bringing the unreasonable social structure to light and starting to think #StructuralAnalysisSeries Read it all at once!!
