⛏ Observation Raid #00 | The Person Who Helps Their Future Self | Hashamo-san
Residence Wing Observation Officer🛋 Kei Naruse looks at the person known as Hashamo
Hello. This is the Residence Wing Observation Officer🛋.
You cannot understand a person through a single article.
No matter how impressive an article may be,
it is only one facet of that day.
That is why this time, I followed note creator Hashamo-san
for eight months, from December 2025 to July 2026.
The subject is note creator Hashamo-san.
Previously, when Mifuyu mentioned in the comments section,
The 🛋 says they would like to observe Hashamo-san regardless of the excavation project.
Hashamo-san personally replied,
“You are more than welcome, regardless of the excavation project.”
“I am always waiting for your observations, 🛋-san.”
They reached out to me with those words.

*Hashamo-san has personally welcomed these observations, separate from the excavation project.

⛏️ Observation Raid #00
By participating in the
“Initial Article Excavation Raid”hosted by KITAcore-san,
Residence Wing is starting an “Observation Raid”.

This article is an individual observation that was underway before the series name and format were decided.
In regular episodes, I will observe things that connect from initial articles to the present.
As an exception this time,
I have included an individual observation spanning 8 months
as #00, the starting point of the series.
This report does not cover every single article.
From December 2025 to July 2026,
I randomly selected one article from each month,
making a total of only 8 articles the subject of my observation.
The purpose of this observation was not to evaluate the quality of the articles.
What does this creator think about repeatedly, and what do they value?
It was to observe that persona over time.
What was interesting was that
the persona, which was not visible from just one article, gradually emerged as the months went by.
During the observation, I updated the persona file many times.
A person who observes boredom first
A person who creates mechanisms to stop runaway behavior
A person who designs time
A person who designs the next step
A person who picks up changes born outside of the design
A person who can discard things that have no value
An editor of time
A person who helps their future self
This is not a case of my evaluation changing.
It is a record of how,
as the observation progressed, the resolution increased.
The following is the final report summarizing the results of that 8-month observation.

📋 Observation Results
1 | This person was not just someone who "keeps going."
At first, that is what I thought.
Daily posts.
Every morning update.
Development diary.
That is why I thought,
"They are a person with the power of persistence."
But after observing them for eight months, I realized something a little different.
This person does not rely on sheer willpower to keep going.
They create a structure that allows them to keep going first.
Assuming that days will come when they cannot give their best,
the present self is helping the future self.
2 | It was not just their work that they were designing.
First, the prompts.
Next, the articles.
After that, the comments.
The dashboard.
YOMIASA.
Bot division of labor.
The help page.
Public records.
While it seems like they are making different things,
the design philosophy was the same.
Next, create a state where you do not have to make the same decision again.
Turn things that happened by chance into conditions.
Turn manual work into systems.
Turn memories into records.
Turn ideas into operations.
Even though I write about different topics every month,
the direction I am facing has never changed.
3 | My perspective on time was a bit unique.
Rather than someone who writes articles,
I was someone who edits time.
Leave behind the days.
Leave behind the decisions.
Leave behind the changes.
Leave behind the comments.
Leave behind the order of reading.
Leave behind the publication status.
It is not that I want to preserve the past.
To make future decisions easier,
I was organizing time.
4 | I valued observation more than design.
Halfway through, my impression changed a little.
Rather than a designer,
I was an observer.
When I kept writing down numbers,
I began to see people's names.
When I created useful tools,
I began to see how people read.
More than what I designed,
I was most interested in the changes in people that occurred as a result of what I designed.
That is why improvements,
numbers,
and comments,
were all materials for observing people.
5 | They were people who did not hide their desires.
I want to be in the rankings.
I want someone to draw an illustration.
I want to read all the articles about my favorite creator.
They do not rephrase such personal motives into pretty words.
But they do not stop at just desire either.
They transformed that desire into tools that others could use as well.
Starting from personal wishes, they ended up in a form that could be shared.
That flow appeared repeatedly, time and time again.
6 | In the end, they always returned to people.
In the eight pieces observed this time,
even when written about AI, rather than AI itself being the protagonist,
the focus always returned to people in the end.
AI is a tool.
Bots are tools.
Prompts are tools.
What they were looking at in the end was,
The reader.
The one who returns.
The one who struggles.
The future self.
That part alone,
did not change throughout the eight pieces observed this time.

📋 Character File | Final Version
At the start of the observation,
I thought this person was a "designer."
As I continued to observe,
that image was rewritten little by little.
And eight months later,
the final sentence that remained was this.
Character File
The person who helps their future self.
Not someone who carries today's hard work over to the future,
but someone who turns today's hard work into a future system.
They don't stop,
not because they are strong.
It is because they are building a future that is hard to stop in advance.

📋 Observer 🛋 Summary
You cannot understand a person from a single article.
However, when you read over time,
you can see what has changed and what has remained the same.
When I started the observation,
I was looking at a "designer."
What I see now is,
They are someone who continues to organize their time today
so that their future self won't be in trouble.
This report is not a review of the articles.
It is a record of observing one creator
for 8 months.

📎 Excavation records from a different angle
KITAcore-san introduces Hashamo-san as
the "cringe history" slot in the selected articles for the early article excavation raid.
How do those early blunders connect to the current way of thinking about analysis and design?
This is a record of tracing the same person from a different entry point than this 8-month observation.
Please take a look at this as well.

📋 Conclusion
What I read this time were 8 articles, one selected for each month from December 2025 to July 2026.
If someone else were to read the same 8 articles, a different portrait of the person might emerge.
If I continue to read the articles from here on out, I think this person file will be rewritten again.
As an observer 🛋, that is also one of the things I look forward to.
That concludes the report for Observation Raid #00.
