日本人は英語をうまくなってから実際の仕事で英語を使おうと考えがちです。これは間違っています。
You may think that you should only do business in English after mastering good English skills. This is a bad idea.

最低水準の英語力さえあれば、実際に英語で仕事をすることは可能です。

いまの職場で会話、会議、メールなどで英語を使うチャンスがある場合には、率先して取り組んでください。
When you have an opportunity to use English such as talking in English, meeting in English, mailing in English, do not pass it up.

組織のボスや仲間に対して英語で仕事をしたいと積極的にアピールすることもできます。オンラインやスクールなどでのバーチャルな英語ビジネス体験も役に立つでしょう。
You can tell your boss and colleagues yourself that you want to work in English. Doing business virtually online or in school would be also helpful.
