[Event] Why did note views double, likes triple, and comments increase 20-fold?
My followers increased by 40 in 3 months
Someone came all the way from 400km away to consult with me
I have 3 speaking requests in October
There is only 1 seat left for the workshop I'm hosting with my colleagues
There are also courses held in the community, and plans to appear as a speaker...
Wait, wait, wait!!
Hold on, hold on, hold on!
I can't keep up with my notes because of the non-stop reports from a student in her 20s who is a coaching instructor!!!
These happy screams were heard during the 'Become the one chosen by "you"! Writing support where your main product sells naturally through empathy and trust' program.

This writing support was held over 6 sessions starting in July.
Struggling with stagnant view counts
Hard to get email newsletter subscribers
Followers don't increase no matter how much I write
These were the worries the student had.
We reorganized the foundation of her note design and carefully reviewed 'who, what, and why we are delivering' from scratch. As a result...
40 new followers
Views doubled, likes tripled
Comments increased 20-fold
Email newsletter list also grew
After 6 sessions of working together, I am deeply moved by these results. I sincerely thank you for choosing me as your partner to 'get serious about note'.
Today, I will talk about the 'one essential point for growing your note' that created this change for the student.

A brief self-introduction
My name is Kanasawa, a web writer.
Leveraging my past experience as an instructor and operations support staff at an entrepreneurship school, I am currently sharing 'how to write notes that get read through likes and empathy'.
Thanks to everyone, I surpassed 1,000 followers in three and a half months.
My paid notes have also been well-received, with over 150 copies purchased to date.
The one thing necessary for a beloved note
What many widely read and beloved notes have in common is the perspective of 'how much can I give?'
When writing a note, it is natural to value 'what you want to write,' but that alone is not enough to grow it into a 'note that gets read'.
What is important is to clarify 'what you can deliver to the reader through your note'.
This is not just about information or know-how.
Things like fun, kindness, comfort, and a sense of security—'something that stays in the heart'—become value for the reader.
How much of that value can you capture and place at the core of your messaging?
This is where the key to a beloved note lies.
This time, I worked with my student over three months to build this 'giving perspective' from the ground up. That is why I believe his note gathered so many likes and comments from people, and came to possess the power to make them think, 'I want to read this again'.
Those who give are those who receive
In the three and a half months that I have been writing notes every day, I have received so many 'thank yous'.
And that is not all.
I have even been given work opportunities, such as being asked, 'Please teach me how to write notes,' starting with this student.
And what makes me happiest of all is
'I put Kanasawa-san's advice into practice, and it really happened just like you said!'
I have received countless happy reports like this in just three and a half months.
When I think that by sharing what I know in this way, it leads to someone else's 'I did it!' or becomes a catalyst for pushing them forward, it makes me feel warm and happy inside.
What is needed for a beloved note is the 'power to give'
No matter how well-written your note is, if it doesn't contain what the reader wants to read, it won't reach the people who need it.
What's important is to clearly define 'who you are delivering to and what you are delivering,' and to keep writing without holding back what the reader needs.
Through note, I learned that a spirit of giving to readers eventually comes back as a great 'thank you'.
This is the same when writing paid notes.
How much value can you provide in terms of what the reader needs?
That accumulation leads to trust, and as a result, doesn't it become the reason why people choose to say, 'I want to read this person's note even if I have to pay for it'?
'Write and Sell Paid Notes! Zero-to-One Achievement Course' recruitment starts on Friday, September 26th at 8:00 PM.
The reason this student was able to achieve results on note in just three months is because they valued the overlap between 'what they can provide' and 'what the reader wants to know'.
I feel that by continuing to share value that is necessary for readers, you can deliver value in the form of 'paid notes' without damaging the relationship of trust.
I have sold over 150 paid notes so far.
In the course starting in October, I will combine the experience I have cultivated as an instructor at a business school with the ingenuity I have tried and tested since I started writing notes, and I will teach you the steps to 'write and sell' paid notes while incorporating workshops.

In the 120-minute x 4-session course, we will incorporate corrections and interaction with peers, so let's turn your 'thoughts you want to convey' into value in a safe environment.
Capacity is 5 people.
Recruitment starts on Friday, September 26th at 8:00 PM.

'I am now able to write notes with a sense of purpose, whereas before I was writing them like 'small talk'.
said the student with a smile.
I was very happy to feel that what I wanted to convey was being conveyed in those words.
It was fun today too!
Thank you.
