There is no need to sacrifice even a single second of your precious time to the differing values of others or the bad moods of unreasonable bosses at work. In 100 years, we'll all be ash anyway. Rather than becoming a trash can for other people's emotions, ignore their provocations, focus on your own story, and do exactly what you want to do.

It's also okay to let go of the perfectionism that says you 'have to do things properly.' For example, rather than hesitating over the plating of a 100-point meal and never making it, it is far richer to quickly stir-fry something, even if it looks misshapen, and enjoy eating it. What we should aim for is 'completion over perfection.' Since life is a grand experimental field of trial and error, even if you fail, try laughing it off boldly and saying, 'Yes, next! Try again!'

In the first place, there isn't a single second to spend moping around or being negative. Once you step outside, this world is infinitely vast, filled with delicious treats, heart-stirring music, and excitement beyond your imagination—so much so that you'll be too busy to dwell on the small things inside your own head.

Life is a limited time between birth and death. Instead of trying to please others, let's get busy loving our own lives. Let's live more 'loosely' and play with all our might while we're still alive.
