'I want to eat curry for lunch'
I suddenly decided to go buy some at CoCo Ichibanya
My mouth is already set for curry
I was shocked when I looked at the menu outside the store
Cauliflower instead of rice??
There was something called 'Low-Carb Curry' that used finely chopped, heated cauliflower instead of rice
It looks like brown rice
It's been a while since I've been here, and they've gone the healthy route
I felt the passage of time at CoCo Ichibanya
Since I'm here
I ordered the cauliflower rice and CoCo Ichibanya veggie curry
For takeout
I chose the 'soy meat menchi-katsu' as a topping
Healthy!!
However, the people passing by
don't know about my healthy choice...
Time to eat
The cauliflower rice was indeed cauliflower
Hahaha
It doesn't really taste like rice
Yeah, but it's delicious in its own way
Yeah, yeah, it's like a salad!!
I once learned about 'soft food' for an article
It's a cooking method for people who have difficulty chewing or swallowing food
Please put it in a blender
Even if it looks like a shrimp stew at first glance
Actually, the shrimp is first blended into a paste with hanpen (fish cake),
then shaped into a shrimp and cooked,
and finally, a real shrimp tail is added as a garnish
Meals shouldn't just be for nutrition
They should also be enjoyable
It looks like shrimp
It really does
I felt that same wish
in CoCo Ichibanya's cauliflower rice as well
It's also kind to those on a low-carb diet
By the way, there's the 'how to eat curry' issue
I'm in the 'don't mix' camp
I like to leave the white rice until the end
to savor the firmness of the rice grains
but at home, we pour the curry over everything
Discovering my own preferences
