[Better late than never] Nice to meet you. I'm Dotako [Self-introduction]
As a single mother raising a child, I share information about household budget management, side hustles, AI utilization, and changing jobs.
To those who always watch my content, thank you so much✨
It might be a bit late, but since I hadn't properly written about 'what kind of person is posting this,' I decided to write a self-introduction.
If you read this note, I hope you'll get a sense of why I'm sharing this content, what values I live by, and what I want to convey.
I used to have a hobby of drawing
Originally, my hobby was drawing and posting on pixiv.
It was normal for me to spend 3 or 5 hours on a single piece. I loved taking my time and thinking, 'I want to draw this kind of atmosphere' or 'I want to express this.'
But after my child was born, my life changed completely. Work, housework, childcare. I was chased by daily tasks and no longer had the luxury of spending hours on my hobbies. The things I 'loved' slowly drifted away.

The reason I started sharing content
In the midst of that, I encountered AI.
Of course, it's not perfect. But I can quickly shape the things I want to convey or write about. 'Expressions' that used to take hours in the past can now be done in the few minutes after putting my child to sleep.
That was so much fun. The feeling of 'I can create something again' and 'I can share it with someone again' made me happy, so I started posting on X and note.
To be honest, at first I also had the feeling that 'it would be lucky if I could monetize it even a little' (laughs). But now, I'm much happier when people resonate with my posts through 'likes' and comments. And currently, I have managed to earn my first revenue from three platforms: my blog, Brain, and note. It's a small amount of revenue, just a few hundred yen, but realizing that '0 to 1 really happens' is one of the reasons I'm still continuing today.
My life isn't perfect
Looking at my posts about savings or changing jobs, some people might think I have my life together... but that's not the case at all (laughs). Actually, there is a quite harsh past behind why I started this content.
My husband's disappearance, his arrest, a bank balance with only two digits—I wrote about what I experienced when my daughter was zero years old in a note for the first time.
If you'd like, I'd be happy if you could read that too.
I'm lazy, I dislike hassle, and I'm busy every day. I fall asleep with my child when putting them to bed, laundry piles up, and there are days when I think, 'I can't do this anymore...'
I wasn't knowledgeable about investing from the start, either. And I was full of anxiety about changing jobs.
Even so, by gradually creating a 'system that allows me to continue even if I'm not perfect,' my life has become easier. That's why I value 'ways to continue easily' more than willpower.

What I share
Currently, I mainly share information about saving money and household management, side hustles, AI utilization, time-saving tips, parenting, working as a single mother, and my experiences with changing jobs.
I especially enjoy thinking about "ways to improve without trying too hard."
I'm lazy by nature, so I can't really push myself that hard (lol).
I like topics about "making things easier through systems" rather than just saving money through self-denial.
Finally
I am not a sparkling, perfect mom.
Even if you're lazy, tired, or a single mother—you can still live happily with your children. That is what I believe.
I want to continue sharing content that can help lighten the burden of feeling like you "have to do things properly"🌱
I would be happy if you felt free to reply or comment. I look forward to connecting with you✨

[Bonus] Dotako as a working professional
On this "Dotako" account, I mainly talk about my personal thoughts as a single mother and how I interact with my children.
My other side.
That is, "Dotako as a working professional."
I will share that side of me on this account.
I will share the systems and mindset of Dotako the working professional, who manages to get by with moderate ease without overexerting herself, while shifting her work-life balance toward the life side.
