Issues finding Ralph in 19V Iron Forest Distribution Camp. From guides he has a 50% chance to appear. But I played this mission a lot, a few on normal, then a few on easier settings. And this guy still hasn't shown up. Does difficulty effect his chance of appearing? and B, where on the map does he spawn? or does he have a limited time spawn? As I not killed him, and not appeared in the troubleshooter list. And its getting frustrating, as I really want his sword.
