Why is power kick for Ray not a dashing attack?!

This is oversight, the entire point of Ray having reckless charge and fighter class is to use power kick to activate reckless charge with Run to get another turn instantly. But power kick is not a dashing attack. Therefore, reckless charge can only be used to run up to ppl and end turn. That is so disapointing ....

While I don't think it would be too overpowered to have power kick be a dashing attack, I don't see an issue with reckless charge at all. 30 AT at the end of your turn is MASSIVE.
For example, if you have the set opportunist (which includes run and reckless charge), and the mastery hide yourself well, then unless your speed is low enough that you're going to have more than 50 AT going into the next turn, activating reckless charge in a square that isn't exposed just immediately gives you another turn. If that's not powerful, I don't know what is.
