"AI Side Hustle for Hospital Administration" - What Happens If I Keep Going Like This? [True Record Vol. 15]
Former hospital administrator'sAIside hustle record— Beyond the prediction
The numbers moved. I wrote that in vol. 14. That night, I was lying in bed, staring blankly. Only the smartphone screen was glowing. I felt relieved. But at the same time, I wondered: how should I keep this going? I decided to have the AI predict what would happen next.

I wrote that in vol. 14. That night, I was lying in bed, staring blankly. Only the smartphone screen was glowing. I felt relieved. But at the same time, I wondered: how should I keep this going? I decided to have the AI predict what would happen next.
I decided to betray the predicted future.
The answer that came out was plausible.
"It seems like it will be a story of slow, steady growth to the 10,000-50,000 yen per month level, while maintaining the style of writing about all failures and hesitations. I'll try writing a predicted article..."
The writing style, the structure, the tone. It seemed like I could continue without any sense of discomfort.
But it wasn't interesting.
It was just plausible, but it lacked warmth.
I thought that the expectations of those reading it would likely follow a similar path.
I didn't want that.
That's why I wanted to betray it.
There are things that AI cannot predict.
The details of the experience, the warmth at that moment, and the tactile feel that only comes from experience.
That is the only thing that only I can write.
People who don't know AI were not in a place where they could be reached.
In the first place, who did I want to reach?
I wanted to reach people who don't use AI on a daily basis, people who feel anxious about the future.
There was something that had been bothering me for a long time.
Aren't those people not on social media in the first place?
I had the AI look into it.
The data came out.
According to a certain survey, 95.6% of people use search engines when looking things up on the internet. Only 3.2% used social media.
The people I wanted to reach were not in a place where they could be reached.
vol.12In vol. 12, I realized that my approach was off.
This time, it was a level deeper.
The location was off.
It's the same on X or Threads.
By the time you're using social media, you're already in a group with high information sensitivity.
The people I want to reach are searching on Google.
If the location is wrong, you won't get a response.
15 times of trial and error
vol.13In vol. 13, I wrote this:
"If you reach them correctly, you will get a response."
When I corrected my approach, I got a response.
But that alone wasn't enough.
The place I reached them also had to be correct.
The same thing will likely continue in the future.
Even so, what happens if I keep going like this?
As someone from a hospital administration background, I started an AI side hustle and have written 15 volumes of this true record series.
I started moving, stopped, and moved again.
I corrected my approach, corrected how I reached people, and corrected the location.
It was a repetition of that. And it's still continuing.
By writing, I started to think more deeply.
The process, the emotions, the ideas—everything is left here.
There are things I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't written.
There are things I've come to see because I wrote.
Every time things didn't go well, something was off.
I noticed it and corrected it.
15 volumes worth of trial and error are here.
It wasn't just the numbers that changed.
All of that is a step toward drawing what lies beyond the prediction.
What has changed since vol. 1
vol.11When I was releasing vol. 11, I rewrote vol. 1.vol.1When I looked back at what I wrote first, I thought it was trite.
At first, I was writing for myself.
But followers increased, I got likes, I got comments, and it was added to a magazine.
For each one of those, there was someone reading.
Before I knew it, I had started thinking about the people on the other side of the article.
Because I could see the people on the other side of the article, my way of writing changed.
That might have been the biggest change in this series.
I can keep going because I can believe that there is at least one person reading.
If I keep going like this
What happens if I keep going like this?
There is an overflow of know-how written by people who have succeeded.
But there is no one writing the process of succeeding as it happens.
I put out everything—the emotional swings and the trial and error.
I have been conscious of only that.
While writing, I noticed something.
vol.6I wrote in vol. 6: "Use AI as a tool."
At that time, I understood it in my head.
But this time, I understood it on a deeper level.
Even if the tool changes, I am the one using it.
Even if the map I was spreading out became a smartphone navigation system, I was still the one deciding the destination and driving.
Only the tool had changed.
I can't put it into words well.
But I understood.
This is not a record.
It is what is happening here and now.
That is why I call it a true record.
What lies beyond the prediction
The earnings from my work-from-home side hustle haven't moved yet.
Honestly, I still don't know if there is reproducibility.
But I feel like a structure that can't stop has been built.
The future drawn by AI is something on an extension line.
But the details of the experience and the sensations that only come from experience cannot be predicted.
Continuing to polish that is the only thing I can do.
The reason stories are interesting is because there are unexpected developments.
I will draw what is not predicted by AI or the readers.
I don't want to end up as predicted by AI.
Just that is enough to keep me going.
I will combine the stories from vol. 1 into one
15 volumes worth of changes are here.
From vol. 1 to vol. 15, what I noticed, what I corrected, what changed.
I am releasing an article that summarizes everything I, from a hospital administration background, have tried and erred with AI.
I think this will be the article that people who haven't read this series from the beginning should read the most.
Only those who read it can overlap it with their own growth.

The numbers are starting to move again.
What lies beyond the prediction?
In vol. 16, I will write about that.
