[Part 1/8] If you want to lose fat and build muscle, this is all you need to know
In this series, we will cover the information truly necessary for building a cool or beautiful body—training design, dietary philosophy, and how to overcome plateaus. By the time you finish reading all eight parts, you should no longer need to search for new information to control your weight or sculpt your body.
Condensing only the truly necessary information
If you haven't been able to achieve results in your diet or body transformation until now, the reason is not a lack of willpower, a lack of talent, or your age.The biggest cause is having too much information.
Diets using specific ingredients, fasting, the effects of wheat products, types of carbohydrates, types of protein, supplements, weight loss using pharmaceuticals, acupressure, spirituality—before you know it, you've gathered so much information that you've become lost in it.
In reality, the information needed for body transformation is surprisingly simple. The purpose of this series is to reveal this fact and deliver the information that is truly necessary.
What this series will and will not cover
This series will cover only what is "truly necessary" formen in their 30s and 40s to build an inverted triangle physique in 6 to 12 months.Specifically, we will narrow it down to these three things:training design, dietary philosophy, and how to overcome plateaus..
However, since there is much useful content for men and women who want to diet or transform their bodies—such as dietary philosophy and training points—even if they aren't men aiming for an inverted triangle physique, I also recommend reading through the articles below that seem most relevant to you.
Conversely, I will intentionally not cover unnecessary information. I will not touch upon topics such as diets using medical pharmaceuticals, supplement information, compatibility with specific ingredients, gut health measures, or "just eat X" diets. This is because, in fact, many people drift further away from the essence by spending their time and consciousness on those things.
As long as you have the following, you can change your body by practicing the contents of this series.
・Being able to set aside time for exercise at least once a week
・ Having the awareness to choose your meals (cooking for yourself is not mandatory)
I want to be clear here that I am against diets that use medical pharmaceuticals not intended for treatment. I want to explicitly state that information regarding weight loss for cosmetic purposes without diagnosis and management by a doctor is outside the scope of this series.
Part 2 will cover training menu design, Part 3 will cover dietary philosophy, Parts 4 and 6 will cover training considerations and techniques, Part 5 will cover eating techniques such as cheat days, and Parts 7 and 8 will cover the nature of plateaus and how to break through them. If you read in this order, you will understand the overall picture of body transformation.
By the time you finish reading these eight parts, you will no longer be lost searching for information.
Trainer is Dead...?
With the democratization of LLMs (Large Language Models),it is thought that the work of trainers, which has centered on providing knowledge, will gradually be replaced by AI. In fact, this replacement has already begun.
In the future, with the democratization of VLMs (Vision-Language Models), AI that can simultaneously understand and process both "visual information" such as images and videos and "linguistic information" such as text will become common, and it is thought that AI will gradually be able to handle form checks and improvement suggestions as well.
However, that does not mean the value of a trainer will disappear.
The source of a trainer's value in the AI era can be cited as their own track record and experience in body transformation.Through this experience and track record, guidance and support based on "verbalizing physical sensations," "demonstrating by doing," and "physical conviction" become possible, which I believe leads to the sharing of tacit knowledge and motivation management. These things will not be replaced for the time being.
If you stop at providing value that can be replaced by AI, you will be naturally selected out, and "Trainer is Dead." will become a reality.
Since the topic for trainers is not the main purpose here, I will leave the details from a trainer's perspective for another occasion, but I believe thatwhen a trainee (someone who wants to transform their body) chooses a trainer, they should carefully evaluate whether the trainer themselves has a track record and experience in body transformation.I think.
AI-powered body transformation support
The basic knowledge required to proceed with body transformation is complete with just the contents of this series. On the other hand, there are many people who want to proceed while seeking advice from someone. Also, many people reach a phase where they want to continue growing while further supplementing their knowledge.
The era has arrived where AI can replace the roles previously held by trainers. After this series, if there is a need, I will publish specific methods for body transformation support using AI in a separate post. If you think it sounds interesting, I would appreciate it if you could let me know by clicking 'Like' and following.
Also, if you have any requests such as 'I want you to cover this topic,' please let me know in the comments.
Now, let's begin.
Your body will change faster than you think.
