✅1. Goal Setting
🚩The Importance of Goal Setting
🔎Why having goals is good for your mental health
By thinking "I will achieve this today" every morning, you create a sense of purpose in your life.
Confidence is nurtured by accumulating successful experiences.
You can feel your own growth through numbers and results.
🔎 The Relationship Between Motivation and Goals
When dieting, setting a concrete goal like "lose 3 kilograms in one month" makes it easier to stay motivated.
In sports, setting a goal to "break your personal best this season" increases your drive to practice.
In language learning, deciding to "master simple daily conversation in one year" helps you keep going.
🔎 Setting Goals That Lead to Long-Term Happiness
Create a career plan, such as "stabilize my life with a job I love in five years."
Create a concrete goal for your hobbies or skills, such as "participate in an event in the future."
To protect your health, create a routine such as "exercise for 10 minutes every day."
🚩 How to Set Achievable Goals
🔎 Setting SMART Goals
Specific: "Walk for 20 minutes, 3 times a week."
Measurable: "Walk a total of 12 times in one month."
Achievable: "A 20-minute walk per session is possible."
Relevant: "Maintain health and reduce stress."
Time-bound: "Achieve this within one month."
🔎 Breaking Things Down into Small Steps to Gain a Sense of Achievement
When reading a long book, break it down into a goal of reading one chapter per day.
Proceed with cleaning by tackling one room at a time.
Break down certification exam study by saying, "I will finish this range today."
🔎 Clarify your priorities
Set important tasks for the morning, when you can concentrate the most.
Prioritize time with family on weekends and put other plans on the back burner.
Clarify what is valuable to you (health, work, hobbies) and find a balance.
🚩 Tips for sustaining goals
🔎 Benefits of tracking progress
Check off completed tasks in an app or notebook to gain a sense of accomplishment.
Visualize exercise frequency or weight changes with a graph.
Increase your vocabulary list for language learning and look back on it.
🔎 Create a habit of praising yourself
Even for small successes, tell yourself, "I did my best today!"
Buy something you like as a reward for yourself.
Report your results to someone and receive gratitude or praise.
🔎 Tips for flexible review
Even if things don't go as planned, change your goals to be a bit more realistic.
Be flexible by saying, "It's okay to reduce the frequency during busy periods."
Review "what is important now" according to changes in the situation.
