【To those currently suffering from workplace relationships】Please read about my experience before it's too late ~Introduction~

🌟Introduction

I loved my work and took pride in working for the company I joined.

However, due to long working hours and troubles with interpersonal relationships, I suffered from mental health issues and, as a result, had to take a leave of absence.

Even looking back now, I believe there were moments when I could have turned things around.

Therefore, I decided to share my experience on note with fellow comrades who are also suffering from interpersonal relationships, hoping to reduce the number of people who reach the point of no return, even if just by a little.

After I had written everything down once, it all disappeared (my mistake), so I plan to update my note in multiple parts.

Please read it for your reference.

Leading up to the present

So, I am currently on a leave of absence. I spent my days just staring blankly, unable to get anything done, but I realized that nothing would progress this way, so I decided to share my experiences on note to reflect on myself.

I have written my feelings from that time honestly, so some of you might think, "Isn't that way of thinking wrong?" but I would appreciate it if you could read it with the mindset of, "I see, there is that way of thinking too."

Thank you for reading until the end.

From next time, I will write about my experiences.
It would encourage me if you could support me with a follow or a ♡. Thank you.
