Kimbap-Style Rice Paper Salad Rolls
Ingredients
Rice paper
Roasted seaweed sheets (nori)

Fillings
Lettuce
Pea shoots
Shiso leaves
Carrot
Chopped takuan (pickled daikon)
Kimchi
Pork belly

Instructions
① Prepare the ingredients
Lettuce: Separate the soft green leaves from the white stem portions. Thinly slice the white parts.
Pea shoots: Cut into pieces about 2 cm (¾ inch) long.
Shiso leaves: Thinly slice.

Carrot: Julienne using a slicer.
Chopped takuan: Simply transfer to a container after opening.

Kimchi: Cut into smaller pieces with kitchen scissors, then add a little sesame seeds and sesame oil.

Pork belly: Boil until cooked, cut into bite-sized pieces with kitchen scissors, then season with a little yakiniku sauce, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.

② Prepare the rice paper and nori
Place a sheet of nori on top of a rice paper sheet that has been softened with water.
