Every day is just full of surprises!

The membership started in November.
I never imagined the start would be this explosive.

But I can feel how the happy comments are positively influencing the members who read them, stimulating them to think, 'Maybe I should try it too.'

So today, I will explain 'why people who join the Note Guidance Office end up making such leaps forward on their own'.

A brief self-introduction

I'm Kanazawa, a web writer.
I use my experience of meeting over 1,000 clients through social media and blogs in the past to teach 'how to write notes that get read'.

I have sold over 200 paid notes so far!
I am chosen not only by fellow writers like me, but also by people in various professions, such as homemakers and company employees.

I am encouraged every day by everyone's kind comments.

Everyone was scared at first

The Guidance Office members who are giving me these happy reports now weren't all selling paid notes or pitching aggressively from the very beginning.

Everyone couldn't write, worried about 'what if it doesn't get read?', was scared of paid notes, didn't know what to do, and joined with thoughts like 'what will change with a membership?'

I have heard those thoughts from each and every one of them, and since I was the same way myself, I understand it very well.

Members are asked to write a self-introduction when they first join, and I'm sure even that was scary for them.

Yet, the reason they gathered the courage to take that first step was because of the desire to 'meet fun companions'.

When your 'standard of normalcy' drops, even difficult things become easy to do

When the standard of what you consider 'normal' drops for anything, you naturally become able to do things you previously felt were difficult.

• Writing becomes normal

• Selling becomes normal

• Taking on challenges becomes normal

This is something I started feeling around the time I reached about 1,000 followers and when my paid notes started selling as a matter of course.

What I value is the 'power of environment.'
For about half a year now, I have been meeting with peers and continuing to interact on note.

Through that, I have experienced the feeling that 'if there is an environment where you can write with peace of mind, you will want to take on challenges.'

When something good happens within the membership, we share it, and that acts as a catalyst, and little by little, I feel that thoughts like 'if that's the case, I might be able to do it too' or 'maybe I'll try it too' are growing among the members.

And when something good happens, don't they share it saying 'I want to tell everyone too!'? That in turn gives everyone a positive influence.

I am just watching over them

Whether it's writing notes or achieving results at work, in the end, if you don't do it yourself, there is no point in joining a membership.

If you want to interact, you have to reach out yourself to be recognized, and if you want likes and comments, you have to take action yourself; otherwise, you will never have things done for you, will you?

What I am doing is just preparing an environment where you can get likes and comments, and watching over everyone as they enjoy interacting. Other than that, I think it's fine if they enjoy it at their own pace.

Maybe it's the same as raising children!

I have three children—a university student, a high school student, and an elementary school student—and they are the same.
As long as I prepare an environment where they can feel secure, they grow up on their own.

My eldest son, who is in high school, is an examinee this year, but he doesn't dwell on that too much and is enjoying traveling alone.

Operating a membership is truly the same as raising children; I believe that as long as you prepare the environment, they can take actions that lead to growth on their own without being taught anything.

That said, it hasn't even been 20 days since I started the membership, and receiving such happy reports is a result beyond my imagination. I am truly grateful for everyone enjoying it and for the way you all celebrate each other's achievements.

I am reopening recruitment for a membership with the concept of 'not aiming for monetization'.

The concept of the 'Note Guide for Getting Read' is as follows.

✅ We do not aim for monetization.
✅ We do not take side hustles seriously.
✅ We aim for a Note that receives likes and comments.

Paid articles are basically all-you-can-read, but the main goal is for members to be able to write Notes that naturally receive likes and comments through interaction.

When I recruited on November 1st, 38 people joined, far exceeding the capacity in just a day and a half. Things have calmed down quite a bit, so I would like to recruit again in December.

I will not be recruiting in January because of the New Year holidays.
