After spending 10,000 yen on note in one month, writing for free started to feel ridiculous.
This is not clickbait or anything else. I just wrote it because that is truly how I felt.
今月はnoteでメンバーシップに入ったり、記事を買ったりして1万円つかった。なんとなくだけど、購入する側の気持ち、購入後の気持ち、購入したくなる気持ち、色々わかってきたぞ。

So, today I am going to quickly write down the impressions I realized after one month of starting note and buying 10,000 yen worth of articles!
The trigger was advice from a senior
The reason I decided to spend 10,000 yen on note was advice from a senior note user, Otsu-san. They have been writing note for over 600 consecutive days! They are an amazing person who not only keeps at it but also achieves solid results and sales.
I received the message in early June. It was right when I was thinking, "How should I go about writing note from here on out?"

"I see, people who get results pay first, I get it."
I made up my mind and put 10,000 yen into PayPay.
I just bought any article that caught my interest.
I bought articles from friends and comrades alike, anything that caught my eye and interested me. I think. I also joined several memberships. Those had a lot of useful information, and I still refer to them often.
Precisely because I bought so many articles, I realized many things as a "purchaser."
In conclusion, providing information for free started to feel ridiculous.
The reasons are as follows.
When an article is paid, I read it seriously.
Even if the content is the same, the passion conveyed is clearly higher in paid articles.
Because it is paid, I actively take action to "get my money's worth."
By making it paid, the "writer is also serious."
In short, people read seriously precisely because it is paid. The person writing is also serious. Even with the same content, the writer's passion is clearly higher in paid articles.
Above all, I am stingy, so the fact that I became able to actively take action to "get my money's worth" was a big deal.
Thanks to that, I have 250 followers in 32 days since starting.
When I put what I realized into action and seriously faced note for a month, thankfully, my followers increased rapidly to 250. I also receive many comments every day.
Kanazawa-san, this is very educational 🤔 I have a mountain of drafts, so I will revive them 🤣 lol
Your examples are always so spot-on and I learn a lot from them. *scribble scribble*
The concrete and clear benefits are easy to understand; whether it's note or SEO articles, the key points for getting read are the same! You're amazing!
I have nothing but gratitude for those who read my work. Thank you so much.
It's not that everything should be monetized
However, it's not like everything should be turned into paid content.
Paid articles are, after all, paid articles.I still lack the necessary skill. That is the power to make people think, 'I want to buy this person's writing.'
Successful articles have a kind of inescapable magic that makes you want to pay for them, thinking, 'I want to read what comes after this...!' Paid articles test not only the writer but also the courage of the reader.
It takes a certain level of skill to give the reader a gentle push on the back.
From now on, I intend to delve deeper into the sales copywriting techniques necessary to sell products.
Could monetization be a form of 'kindness to the reader'?
What I'm feeling now is that releasing articles as paid content might actually be a kindness to the reader.By paying money, people can take action to get their money's worth.I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way.
If so, is there any merit to releasing articles for free?
Isn't that what Hiroomi Sueyoshi, the author of 'The Courage to Monetize Your Content' and a creator with 25,000 followers on note, also says?
I had the experience of my mental blocks regarding money crumbling down with a loud crash because there were people who 'happily' bought the articles I wrote.
For that reason, I've decided to start operating my note account in earnest.
If you follow me, something good might happen, you know?
On my note, I explain simple yet effective writing techniques that anyone can use right away in an easy-to-understand manner.I am particularly meticulous about my titles, so just checking them out might be a good reference.
In particular, posts about techniques will be monetized as soon as the latest article is posted, so be sure to check them out.

If you think 'paid note is scary,' try buying one first
If you're someone who says you're afraid of charging for content, you should try buying everything you can get your hands on.Because once you start buying, writing for free starts to feel ridiculous.
Not just from friends, but from famous people and those who are trending online. Even if it's a bit expensive, if you decide to 'spend 10,000 yen in just one month!' and put it into PayPay, it starts to feel like just paying with points.
Writing ability and sales ability were two sides of the same coin.
Until now, I thought 'writing techniques' and 'monetization' were separate things, but after actually doing it, I finally feel like they are connected.
I felt that 'if you want to write a note that sells, writing ability is the only thing that matters!' For the reader, there is a certain hurdle to overcome to buy a paid note.
I will continue to learn, and because I want my notes to be even more useful to others, I will write paid notes without hesitation. This is no time to be scared.
Spending 10,000 yen on note in a month gave me that resolve.
I will continue to share the real insights I gain from 'trying things out,' so please look forward to it.
Now that you've read this, give it a try.
Today was fun too! Thank you.
