An unexpected request via note!? The deciding factor was in 'that place'!
I'm so surprised, but I received an inquiry via note😱❣️
I feel like it's thanks to Kanazawa-san's strategy❣️
Whaaaat!?
On a summer afternoon, I stared in disbelief at an email I received.
The person who sent the message is a web writer who attended the 'Free note Consultation Session' I held in July.
She carefully put into practice not only what I shared during the consultation but also the content I usually write on note.
That accumulation of effort has led to sales of paid articles and growth in her note account. I have a lot to learn from her attitude of taking action without hesitation on information she thinks is good.
So today, I would like to talk about the 'deciding factor' for receiving an application via note, based on her actual experience.
A brief self-introduction
My name is Kanazawa, a web writer.
It has been about two months since I started writing on note.
Leveraging my past experience as an instructor and operations support staff at an entrepreneurship school, I share 'tips for writing notes that get read' every day.
Thanks to everyone, my track record is gradually building up.
17 articles with over 100 likes out of 65 total
Over 70 paid articles sold
Recently, I've been hearing people say, 'You're the note person!', and I feel like I'm gradually gaining recognition.
The free note consultation session I held in July was, thankfully, fully booked on the same day. I spoke with about 20 people.
The concerns of the person who gave me the happy report at the beginning were as follows.
I don't feel like my notes are being read
Likes and followers aren't increasing
I have things I want to write, but I don't know how to organize them
She confided this to me with a wry smile.
I want to write, but I can't...!
“I totally get it~~~~~🥺”
I felt those feelings through the computer screen and found myself nodding like a bobblehead.
What was the 'unexpected little trick' that led to a job offer?
At that time, I shared a few suggestions, and it seems one of them was the 'deciding factor' for the request.
The most important point that became the deciding factor for the request was...
It was “pinning the article you want people to read right now” at the top left of the top page.
She had pinned an 'article she most wanted people to read right now' at the top of her note page, rather than a 'self-introduction'.

Why do 'pinned articles' work?
When you visit someone's note for the first time, the first thing you see is the 'pinned article at the top left of the top page'.
Many people put their 'self-introduction' or 'articles for sale' there, but I don't really recommend that.
This is because I don't think a first-time reader will suddenly want to read a self-introduction, and the hurdle to buying a paid article is higher than you might imagine.
Instead,
“articles you want people to read”
“articles you are confident in”
Pinning these will significantly increase the chances of them being read. I recommend naturally inserting self-introductions or sales articles within the articles that readers have already become interested in.
“This person is kind of interesting”
“I want to know more”
A self-introduction gently offered at the moment someone feels that way might be like 'gum placed at the checkout counter'.
What a first-time visitor is really looking for is
an article that conveys 'what kind of value this person provides'.
It's not just information, but
“interesting,” “curious,” “want to read more”
an article with the 'power to attract' that makes them feel that way.
I feel that the fact that she honestly implemented this trick is what led to the job offer for the person who consulted me.
A 'note that gets read' is built from a accumulation of little tricks
The reason I received a job offer on note wasn't because of special skills or a viral article.
How to choose your pinned article
Creating a flow from the reader's perspective
The honesty to immediately try out information you think is good
Accumulating those 'little tweaks' is definitely bearing fruit.
With this report, I felt for myself once again that note is not a world only for 'people with special talents,' but a place where 'people who can take action' are chosen.

'I feel like it's thanks to Kanazawa-san's strategy!'
She said that to me, but I know.
The one who is truly amazing is her, for listening to what I said and putting it into action.
It was a pleasant afternoon event where I was able to give a little push to her 'I want to try it!' feeling.
It was fun today too.
Thank you.
These articles are also being read.
