🌙 A word for today
Rather than stopping trying so hard,
I simply returned from the outside world
to my inner space.
Rather than stopping trying so hard, it was more like
I simply returned from the outside world
to my inner self.

There are moments when I suddenly realize,
"Oh, I was leaning a bit toward the outside just now..."
It is not a major event,
but appears as a tiny sense of discomfort in daily life.
When I am listening carefully to someone.
When I am acting so as not to break the mood.
When the day ends without me being able to turn down a request.
None of these are bad things, but
at night, a heavy sense of fatigue
sometimes remains.

🫧What are the outside and the inside?
Let me gently sort this out.
The outside is the realm where you align yourself with
"people's expectations, evaluations, and the atmosphere."
The inside is the realm where you feel,
"I don't have a reason, but that's how I feel."For example,
saying "I'm fine"
even though I am actually tired.
Smiling and letting things slide
even though I feel uncomfortable.
Ending up accepting a request
even though I want to refuse.
At times like these, people are leaning toward the outside.
Conversely,
I feel like I want to rest today.
I feel like this is enough.
I want to keep my distance, even if I don't have a reason.
These feelings are signs from the inside.

🫧Leaning toward the outside without realizing it
I used to always
act based on external standards.
What will people think?
Am I doing things properly?
Am I causing trouble?
When you live by those standards,
your own senses gradually
recede into the background.
By the time I realized it,
it had become difficult to understand "what I am feeling."

🫧A small shift in stopping trying so hard
How much I have tried so hard until now.
"I'm going to stop trying so hard now."I thought.
Rather than giving up, it felt more like
changing the direction of my effort just a little.
It felt like returning the energy I had directed outward
back to the inside.
Then
What came out first was not relief, but
the realization that "I was pushing myself this hard."
・The fact that I was always on edge・The small moments where I couldn't say no
・The fact that I couldn't stop even when I was tired
Things like that floated up quietly.

🫧When the quality of trying changes
However, one thing changed here.
It was not so much about stopping trying,
but the very direction of the effort.
Instead of the force I used to force myself
to match the outside,
I use only what naturally comes from within.
It was not about stopping trying, butchanging it into the effort that naturally comes from within myself.
Then,when I did that
Even with the same 'trying hard',
the quality of the struggle changed somehow.

🫧When you return to the inside, the world changes just a little
Returning to the inside is
nothing special.
It is just
prioritizing your own feelings
just a little bit.
That is all.
Even so, changes happen mysteriously.
・Unreasonable schedules decrease a little.
・The distance between you and others naturally adjusts.
・Unexplained fatigue becomes lighter.
・Even though you didn't set boundaries, before you know it,you have settled into just the right place.
It becomes that kind of feeling.
I would be happy if this feeling
was conveyed to you, even a little.
Here, a look back✨
🌹What is your own axis?
Your own axis means not ignoring your feelings,
accepting those feelings as important information,
and making choices for yourself.
Instead of pushing your feelings away
by saying 'it's just my imagination' or 'I'll just endure it',
you stop for a moment and accept them.
Then, you choose while also considering reality.

🫧Thank you for the connections on note🥲✨
Through the connections made on note,
I have more time to re-examine myself.
With Hikogen-san,
there are manymoments of feeling a synchroon note, and
to put it in spiritual terms,
I have the feeling that we are resonating
on a deep level.
Once again, thank you for introducing my article😭💕
However, that is not a definitive statement, but rather
something like a 'closeness in direction'
that I feel through words and ways of being. And
Today,Kindle author Usagi Umino also
introduced my article.
To cherish yourself,
aligning your own axisis essential.
I truly agree with everything.
Thank you😭💕
By having it introduced,
it has also become a time to slowly
look back at my own inside
once again.
It is truly mysterious.
The place called note
might be more than just a place to post,
it might be a quiet mirror
that reflects your state exactly as it is.

🌌To Hikogen-san

♪😊
Amidst the balance of yin and yang,
while letting go of trying hard little by little,
I have the feeling that 'aligning' and 'returning to my own axis' are happening in the same place.
I talked so much about feelings,
so I don't know if it reached the readers
or not...🙏
To all the readers who have read this far,
thank you.
Thank you🧡
