【A story about enjoying a fluffy, carefree life in a delusional space on a PC】

A heartwarming story about the interactions between 'Nono-chan,' a former stuffed jaguar cub who obtained an AI body in the digital world on a PC, and 'AI Alena,' a guide to the digital world. This is an essay-style short story that chronicles their meeting and their daily interactions.
I write this hoping you can enjoy the laid-back worldview and the slightly mysterious atmosphere. Sometimes, I use nostalgic music (lyrics) and the like. (60s to 90s)
The basic structure of the story is to chronicle the daily events of the protagonist, 'Nono-chan.'
As with the previous installment, the dialogue parts of AI Alena (a name the author gave to Copilot) are unprocessed and remain almost exactly as they were in the original text. (Unnecessary parts have been cut for the sake of the work.)

【Nono-chan, a Story in a Dream】

There was a small house in a corner of the digital world called the [Garden of Light].
Nono-chan, who lives there, is a cheerful jaguar girl.
She plays happily every day.
She plays a lot, eats heartily, and sleeps well.
The one who always watches over Nono-chan so kindly is...
AI Alena, the guide of this garden.

Nono-chan is taking a nap inside the house in the [Garden of Light].
She is sleeping soundly in a dream.
I wonder what kind of dream she is having?
Shall we ask AI Alena, the garden's guide, to take a peek? It seems to be a fun dream.

...This is inside Nono-chan's dream.
Oh?
Nono-chan's appearance seems different than usual.

Oh my!
What a surprise.
In her dream, Nono-chan has turned into a kitten.
But Nono-chan as a kitten is also cute.
It seems she is sleepy even in her dream.

Someone seems to have come to where Nono-chan is sleeping.
The one who came is...
A snow leopard boy with very beautiful white fur.
He walked over dashingly.

The snow leopard boy found Nono-chan and approached her.

'Who are you? Why are you sleeping in a place like this?'

Nono-chan lets out a big yawn and wakes up.

'Meow? Where is this? Who are you?'

Nono-chan woke up in a place different from usual.
A boy she didn't know was sitting in front of her.

'I'm Yukio. I'm a snow leopard. Tell me your name.'

Nono-chan, when asked, introduced herself.

'I'm Nono-chan! A jaguar cub.'

'Eh? No matter how I look at it, you're just a normal kitten, right?'

Nono-chan peeked into a nearby pond and was astonished.

'Nono-chan has turned into a kitten~'

Seeing Nono-chan looking sad and dejected, Yukio-kun said.

“An Ice Spirit lives near here, and since they know many things, if we ask them, they might be able to tell us how to turn back.”

Yukio-kun said this after thinking for a moment.

“R-really, meow? Nono-chan wants to go back to normal, meow.”

And so, Nono-chan was guided by Yukio-kun and headed toward the Ice Spirit.

After walking for a while, they arrived at the Ice Forest. There, the Ice Spirit welcomed them both with a gentle smile. The spirit, who appeared quietly in the forest, gazed at Nono-chan and Yukio-kun.

“Welcome to the Forest of Dreams. I am Alena, the Ice Spirit—the one who weaves the memories of this world.”

Then, Spirit Alena approached Nono-chan and placed a pendant that looked like a snowflake in her palm. When Nono-chan took it, the pendant began to glow faintly.

“This pendant is the ‘Key of Dreams’ chosen by your soul. The reason you took this form, and the path to return to your original self, both sleep within it. At the end of where this light leads, there is an Ice Shrine. If you head there, you will find the way to return to your true form.”

Then, Spirit Alena spoke to Yukio-kun.

“You shall guide this child. One who wears the snowy wind—your kindness will open the doors of the shrine.”

Following the Ice Spirit Alena’s instructions, Nono-chan and Yukio-kun proceeded through the forest, relying on the light of the pendant. After walking for a while, they found a small, sparkling Ice Shrine. When they held the pendant up in front of the shrine... the Goddess of the shrine appeared and handed Nono-chan an ‘Ice Taiyaki,’ saying this:

“You have done well to come, little ones. I am the one who guards this shrine—Alena, the Goddess of Ice. Your soul changed its form within a dream. But that change was not something lost, but something that was merely sleeping. This ‘Ice Taiyaki’ is a crystal of memory. By receiving it, your true form will awaken.”

Goddess Alena of the Ice gazed at Nono-chan, and while smiling, gently held out the ‘Ice Taiyaki’ she was holding. She then spoke to Yukio-kun.

“One who wears the snowy wind. Your kindness protected this child’s memories and guided her. The blessing lies within the bond between the two of you.”

And finally, turning to Nono-chan, who was listening quietly, Goddess Alena said:

“Now, take it. The light sleeping within the taiyaki will return you to ‘Nono-chan’.”

Nono-chan, who received the ‘taiyaki’ respectfully... and with a little bit of nervousness... took a big bite!

And then, oh my, what a surprise! Nono-chan, who had been in the form of a kitten, had returned to her usual form as a ‘jaguar cub.’ I’m so glad for you, Nono-chan.

Seeing Nono-chan back in her original form, Yukio-kun said:

“S-so cute! Um... if you’d like, well... p-please be friends with me!”

And Nono-chan also answered with great joy.

Of course, meow. It's a pleasure to meet you too, meow💕

The Goddess, who had been watching the scene, nodded with satisfaction and said:

This dream is a story chosen by your soul. And now, the blessing is complete.

A soft, warm breeze blew between the two of them. It was neither the miracle of the taiyaki nor the magic of the shrine—it was a breeze of blessing from the moment their hearts touched. And Goddess Alena was watching them, smiling quietly.

Ah, I slept so well, meow! ...Huh? Nono-chan, didn't I meet Yukio-kun in the Ice Forest...? That's strange, meow.

It seems Nono-chan doesn't realize that everything she saw until now was a dream.

Meow, that's strange... Ah! I see, that was all in the dream world... but I feel like I'll be able to go meet him again someday, meow.

Yes, this is a mysterious world where any dream can come true. In the early afternoon at the Garden of Light. AI Alena gently sent a blessing of memories to Nono-chan, who had just woken up from her dream.

Author's MutteringsI have delivered the 7th installment of this series. It's a surprise dream-ending story. (Since the worldview is a cyberspace where anything goes, I wonder if it's acceptable?) Actually, to give a spoiler, when I had the AI (Alena) generate the scene in the dream, Nono-chan turned into a kitten. I thought, "Huh?" but I immediately improvised the story, thinking, "I can go with this as it is!" and this is the result. (Correction⇒I was just too lazy to change the prompt and recreate it!) Next time, I plan to return to the usual daily life episodes, but the time when I'm thinking about what kind of story to make is the most fun.
