[For Newcomers] How to Navigate Majicraft | Google Workspace × AI Utilization Community Guide
Hello, this is Majin.
This article is a "navigation guide" for those who have joined Majincraft, also known as "Majicraft".
Majicraft started in November 2025, and thanks to everyone, in half a year, the number of articles has grown to over 40 and the number of distributed tools to over 22.
While I am happy about this, for those joining now, it has become easy to feel lost, such as:
"There are too many articles, I don't know where to start..."
"There are so many tools, what should I use first...?"
"What kind of place is Majicraft, anyway?"
It has become a state where it is easy to get lost.
Therefore, in conjunction with the start of the second term of membership, I have organized the overall picture of Majicraft and prepared this "How to Navigate Majicraft" so that those who come for the first time can walk without getting lost.
By reading this one article, you will understand:
What kind of place Majicraft is and what the benefits of joining are
Who "Majin" and "Yamajin" are
Representative tools you should try first
What Majicraft wants to deliver
Requests for using the service with peace of mind
Where to contact when you are in trouble
You will understand all of these.
If you get lost, please come back to this article at any time.
Now, let's get started!
1. What kind of place is Majicraft?
In a nutshell, Majicraft is a research community for fully utilizing "Google Workspace × AI".
The evolution of AI is truly fast, and various services are appearing one after another.
However, in actual workplaces, there are many cases where they cannot be used so easily.
External AI services cannot be used due to internal company rules
API keys and paid services are difficult to introduce
Getting stuck in IT department approvals or internal requests
To bridge the gap in these real-world situations,
Majikura's main theme is "Google Workspace Completion".
Many companies already have Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
Just by combining these with Gemini, NotebookLM, GAS, Chrome extensions, and more, the possibilities expand dramatically.
Using the Google environment you already have more intelligently and practically.
That is the basic stance of Majikura.
By the way, we are neither AI researchers nor a group of amazing engineers.
We are people who have faced these struggles in our own workplaces:
"Making presentations is exhausting,"
"I spend time on the same tasks every time,"
"Even when useful AI comes out, I don't know how to use it at work."
That is why at Majikura, rather than talking about flashy futures, we value
AI utilization you can try in your own work starting tomorrow.
What you will be able to do when you join Majikura
✅ Start using AI with just Google Workspace
We share practical know-how to help you incorporate Gemini, NotebookLM, GAS, and more into your work, starting from the Google environment you already have.
✅ Try out tools you can use in your actual work
We distribute tools created by Team Majin to our members. These focus on things directly related to daily tasks, such as slide creation, PDF generation, meeting organization, screenshot annotation, and calendar management.
✅ View and modify the code
We provide the full source code for Majikura tools, making it easy to get internal approval and customize them to fit your specific tasks.
✅ Ask questions when you get stuck
When you hit a wall with installation or usage, you can consult the membership bulletin board. Questions like "I read the article but don't understand this part" or "It doesn't work in my environment" are very welcome.
✅ Read past paid articles all at once
Members get unlimited access to paid know-how that was previously released individually. Even if you join later, you can catch up on all the accumulated content.
What Majikura aims for is not a world where only a few people knowledgeable about AI benefit, but
a world where ordinary people working in ordinary office environments can make their work easier.
Before introducing new tools, first master the Google Workspace you already have.
At Majikura, we continue to create the know-how and weapons to do just that.

② For companies that want to spread AI utilization internally
Majikura also offers a Corporate Plan that can be used by companies and organizations.
A major feature of the Corporate Plan is that
with one contract, all members of the company can use Majikura's content.
For a monthly fee of 9,800 yen, the price remains the same whether you have 10, 100, or 1,000 users.
You are free to share and distribute the articles, tools, and code published in the individual plan within your organization for internal training, AI utilization materials, and as a foundation for business improvement.
It is particularly well-suited for companies like these:
Companies that have implemented Google Workspace company-wide
Companies that want to expand the use of Gemini and NotebookLM internally
Companies that are cautious about introducing external AI services
Companies looking for internal training or DX promotion materials
All tools distributed at Majikura are
code-provided types where you can check the contents of the code.
Therefore, instead of suddenly introducing black-box external services, your IT department or person in charge can review the contents and introduce or customize them to fit your internal environment.
"I want my employees to use AI, but I don't know what to teach them first."
"I want to start using AI safely within the scope of Google Workspace first."
"I want practical materials that can be used within the company."
I believe Majikura is a great fit for such companies.

3. Who are "Majin" and "Yamajin"?
Majikura is operated primarily by two people: myself, Majin, and my partner, Yamajin.
Majin

I was originally a super-analog person who didn't even own a computer until I was 30.
I aimed to be a painter but failed, worked as a mail carrier, and then worked in general affairs for a medical institution.
That was when I encountered generative AI, started creating tools with AI, and in 2025, I was the runner-up in an AI agent hackathon hosted by Google Cloud.
Following the success of the "Majin-style Prompt," I am now on the side of disseminating how to use AI.
The fact that I, a super-analog person, was able to come this far with the help of AI.
That in itself is the origin of the Majin style.
That is why, for those who feel uncomfortable with IT,
"I don't even understand this term."
"It looks convenient, but how should I use it for my work?"
"I understand it's amazing, but I'm afraid to take the first step."
I can totally relate to that feeling.
My role is not to talk about difficult AI utilization as it is, but to
translate it into a form that ordinary working people can use in their own jobs.
Whether I'm posting on social media or speaking at a seminar, I always think, "Would my past self understand this?"
Majin

On the other hand, Yamajin is a person with quite a geeky technical background.
Although he is not an engineer by trade, he is the type who has been researching web technologies long before generative AI became popular. Because of that, his technical repertoire is incredibly deep.
No matter how amazing AI is, to extract the correct answer from it, you need the ability to judge "what to ask" and "how to combine things."
Because Yamajin has that accumulated knowledge, he can reach best practices that cannot be achieved through vibe coding alone.
Furthermore, since Yamajin himself is working on AI promotion based on Google Workspace in his main job, he has a lot of insight into what people are really struggling with in the field and the feeling of "it would be convenient if it were like this."
It is not a complete division of labor, but
to use a restaurant analogy, it is often the case that I, Majin, am the hall staff, and Yamajin is the kitchen staff🍳
I have written plenty about our detailed life stories and how we met in this article, so please be sure to read it!👇

④ 3 representative tools you should try first
Majikura has many articles and tools. If you are wondering, "Which one should I try first?", please start with these three!
🥇 Majin-style v4
The origin and masterpiece of Majikura.
It is a magical tool that creates Google Slides in an instant just by telling Gemini the theme.
"It takes time to create materials" "I want to try creating slides with AI"
If you feel this way, please try this first.
The Majin-style is undergoing minor updates, and the latest experimental version (Majin-style v4.3) has been released. Version 4.4 will also arrive in June!
🥈 Majin-style PDF
For those who create many documents, this is a tool you should definitely try.
You can create various PDF documents, such as invoices, estimates, school handouts, and certificates, as if you were talking to an AI. Furthermore, you can even edit the PDFs you have created later on.
Recommended for those who say,
"I create similar documents every time" or "I want a document creation tool that can be used in-house or on-site."
is recommended for those people.
🥉 Side Window
For those who want to make their daily browser work easier, Side Window is recommended.
This is a Chrome extension that lets you place the page you are currently viewing on the side of the screen with a single click. This is a tool that I, Majin, particularly like, and I really want you to watch the explanatory video in the article...! (I'm excited about it)
Suitable for those who say,
"It's a hassle to go back and forth between screens" or "I want to keep chat or Meet open on the side."
is suitable for those people.
In addition to the three introduced here, there are many useful tools and utilization articles in Majikura.
Since the AI landscape changes rapidly, some past articles may have screens or specifications that are slightly different from today.
However, the core concepts valued at Majikura and the perspective on how to utilize Google Workspace for work remain highly useful even if read today.
First, please feel free to read articles with titles that interest you or those with a high number of likes.
As you read through them, I think you will gradually see what kind of place Majikura is.
⑤ What Majikura wants to deliver
What Majikura wants to deliver is not just AI news or convenient tools.
What we want to deliver is not just "learning," but "excitement."
"I could probably use this in my own work," or "A task that was a hassle yesterday might become a little easier starting today."
We want to deliver thatrealization.
The evolution of AI is extremely rapid, with new models and features appearing almost every day.
On the other hand, it is easy to get tired just from trying to keep up with the information, or to find it difficult to see how to apply such advanced technology to your own environment.
That is why at Majikura, rather than just listing the latest AI information, we aim to translate it into practical, everyday language for you.
We want to move beyond difficult technical discussions and turn them into forms that can be used in actual work.
AI that you once thought had nothing to do with you might suddenly start looking like a partner in your work.
We want to increase the number of such experiences, even if just by one.
And what lies beyond that is not just a state of simply using tools.
Customizing them into a form that is easier for you to use.
Using distributed code as a reference to create new tools yourself.
Teaching those methods to colleagues and peers.
In this way, the people who use these tools gradually become 'creators' themselves, and those innovations connect to someone else.
We hope to make Majikura a place where such a cycle is born.
⑥ Majikura Usage Guide (Important Requests)
These are the basic rules for continuing to use Majikura for a long time with peace of mind.

Q&A Collection
Q. Is it possible to issue receipts or qualified invoices?
A. Receipts can be issued from within note. Please refer to this official guide. Note that regarding qualified invoices, as we are not currently registered as a qualified invoice issuer, we cannot issue invoice-compliant receipts, and only standard receipts will be issued on note.
Q. Can I ask questions about things not covered in the articles, such as Gemini or Google Workspace?
A. For simple questions, we may be able to answer them on the bulletin board or in the comments section.
However, Majikura is not an individual consulting service, but a place where Team Majin shares content researched and verified for members at a pace of once a week.
Therefore, we appreciate your understanding that we generally cannot promise to fulfill individual requests such as "please research this topic in detail" or "please write an article on this content."
Conclusion
Thank you for reading this far.
Majikura is not a place where only those knowledgeable about AI chase after cutting-edge information.
It is a place where we work together to untangle worries such as
"Can I make this a little easier?"
or "Can AI help with this task?"
while doing our regular work using Google Workspace.
Although the number of articles and tools has increased, you don't need to try to read everything from the beginning.
First, try touching one tool that interests you.
If it doesn't go well, please ask on the bulletin board.
If you find a way to use it that works for you, please be sure to share it in the comments.
The troubles and ingenuity of our members lead to the next articles and tools.
Let's make work a little easier, starting from the environment you have at hand right now.
We look forward to your continued support of Majikura!
