It is okay to be different, to be lost, or to be wavering.
The other day, I had someone try out the "User Manual for the Heart" app that I am creating.
That person is a psychologist I have long respected.
They are "The Psychologist Who Crosses Boundaries [Pendulum]".

Actually, just before writing this article, Manatsu-chan wrote a very lovely love letter article to a creator she adores.
It was ghostwritten, but it was overflowing with love💞
Reading that, I thought, "Ah, that's nice."
I want to write a love letter too💌
I also have someone I want to express my admiration to😌🫶
Pendulum-san works primarily in clinical practice at psychiatric hospitals,
while also working as a school counselor,
conducting infant health checkups,
serving as a lecturer at a nursing school,
and working at education centers,
moving back and forth between various settings.
But there is something I am drawn to even more than that background.
It is,
the perspective that finds things that are about to slip through the cracks.
That is it.
In Pendulum-san's self-introduction, there are these words:
Even for the same child, the same family, or the same case,
the way they are described changes completely depending on the place.
In psychiatry, as symptoms.
At school, as difficulties.
In administration, as subjects of the system.
None of these are wrong.
However, there are things that do not fit into any of those categories.
Furiko-san wrote that they have encountered those "spilled-over parts" many times.
I really love this sentence.
I will also post some recommended articles🥰
Previously, Furiko-san also told me something like this.
My family is the type that cannot leave rescue cats or rescue dogs alone, and before I knew it, it had become like the Mutsu-Goro Kingdom🤣
When I heard those words,
I thought it sounded just like Furiko-san.
Rescue dogs, too.
Rescue cats, too.
Between school and medical care, too.
Between the system and the front lines, too.
Things that are about to be left behind at the boundaries,
they cannot leave them alone.
So, they are someone who inevitably ended up crossing boundaries.
That is what I feel.

For such a Furiko-san,
I had them experience the "Instruction Manual for the Heart" this time.

While looking at the completed report,
I couldn't help but laugh.
"Ah, that is so like Furiko-san."
I thought.
Because what was written there were not words like a competency assessment,
but rather the values and perspectives that Furiko-san holds dear.
The power of observation to keep watching without judging others.
The intelligence to keep thinking while embracing complexity.
The sensitivity to carefully receive people's stories.
And,
"Person to person."
those words.
I felt that those words were packed with what makes Furiko-san who they are.
I received this feedback from Furiko-san.

I felt that the very process of answering the questions was becoming a form of self-understanding.
I was very happy to hear those words.
Because,
this instruction manual is not meant for making a diagnosis,
but for viewing yourself from a slightly different angle.
It is not for finding the correct answer, but for knowing yourself.
It is for knowing yourself.
If that time reached Furiko-san's heart even a little bit gently,
I feel like I was able to repay the favor just a little bit.
And actually,
While reading the instruction manual for the pendulum,
I also realized something myself.
I thought I wanted to introduce the pendulum,
but somewhere along the way, I was also looking at myself.
When people look at someone they admire,
perhaps they are not just looking at that person alone.
Within that person,
they might be superimposing their future self,
thinking, "I wish I could be like that."
In the way they keep crossing boundaries.
In the way they try to see others without judging them.
In the way they cannot leave someone who is about to fall behind.
I admire these things.
And at the same time,
perhaps I also want to be that kind of person myself.
To the pendulum,
If I were to describe this feeling in a psychoanalytic way,
it is apparently called "attachment involving projection onto an ideal self."
Haha.
That might have come out of nowhere, but...
In my own words,
I wanted to give back just a little,
to someone I admire.
I think that was the feeling I had.
While crossing boundaries,
you have been able to walk forward without being able to leave behind those who were about to be left there,
Furiko-san.
To that heart of yours,
if this instruction manual,
could deliver even a little bit of gentle time,
I would be very happy.
Furiko-san,
thank you always 💖
What it means to support someone
While writing this article,
there was another happy event ✨
Apart from Furiko-san, I have a YouTuber I support,
someone I am a fan of.
Hank Shuntana-san is his name.
Today, Hank-san wrote an article saying that he was
just 6 people away from reaching 1,000 subscribers.
And then, shortly after, he successfully reached 1,000 subscribers 🎊✨👏✨
Hank-san,
congratulations, truly 🎉✨🍌✨
And what was wonderful was,
the articles by everyone who had been watching over the journey to that achievement.
(I am introducing just a few. Please forgive me, everyone else.)
And, for Hank-san who reached 1,000 subscribers,
more than 60 bananas should be arriving soon 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌
The reason is...
Because there was such wonderful support like this.
There are people who support someone.
And there are people who support those people.
Sometimes, even bananas arrive. lol
Watching such a scene,
I thought again that note is truly wonderful.
The reason I wanted to write a love letter to Furiko-san today,
is surely the same thing. 💖
To those whose hearts felt a little more relaxed after reading this,
The "Instruction Manual for the Heart" I introduced this time,
is currently holding a6,000 followers thank-you project🎁
And, Irodori no Uta-san,
wrote two experience articles.
Irodori no Uta-san's first article
Irodori no Uta-san's second article
What left an impression on me was,
that it conveyed how their self-understanding deepened in such a short period.
The first time was,
the discovery and surprise of,
"So this is who I am."
And the second time was,
Based on that discovery,
I am looking at myself even more.
Self-understanding
is not something that is completed all at once.
Noticing a little,
looking again,
and noticing again.
I think it is something that grows in that way.
Currently,
For those who have purchased the "Words and Heart Observation Report Creation Kit" and written an article,
a 300 yen tipis being sent to you🎁
Limited to the first 60 people,
until June 30th.
The offer at the current price is available for5 more days.
After that, a price increase is planned due to the addition of content.
Rather than ending with fortune-telling or diagnosis,
"Why did I react to those words?"
If you look into that,
your self-understanding will deepen a little more.
Not to force a change in something,
but first to understand yourself.
Why not create your own personal instruction manual for your heart
in your own words?🌿
By the way, on my sub-account,
I have also placed a "fortune-telling style self-analysis prompt"
that you can enjoy using your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
Please use it as an entry point to look at yourself while having fun🌙

Thank you, Meju-san✨
