Announcing the results of the "#LookingBackWithAI" post contest held with Google Gemini and note!
The "#LookingBackWithAI" post contest was held for about a month starting December 12, 2025. During the period (12/12-1/11), we received 7,791 entries! Thank you for submitting such wonderful and original works.

As a result of the selection process, the winners have been decided as follows.
Grand Prix (1 entry)
Surprising results seen by looking back at my 2025 diary with Gemini and NotebookLM [Generative AI Utilization]
Yui Matsumoto's work, which visualized monthly emotional trends by having AI read her 2025 diary posted on Instagram Stories, was brilliantly chosen as the Grand Prix winner. She had the AI discover trends in her diary and her own verbal habits, and even asked the AI for her "Kanji of the Year" to summarize her year! It is a highly creative piece that makes you want to imitate her, such as by illustrating her "winning pattern" for staying in good shape and sticking it on the wall.
I found this contest when I was panicking, thinking I needed to start using AI... and wrote my entry with a racing heart. At first, I was confused about how to use the different tools, and my image generation failed because my prompts weren't appropriate...
However, in the end, I received sharp insights and stylish foreshadowing payoffs from Google AI, allowing me to look back on 2025 in depth. Now I talk to Gemini every day, haha. I am happy to have had this practical opportunity and to receive such recognition!

[Childcare] I realized my daughter's unknown growth when I looked back at 146 days of nursery school contact books using AI | #LookingBackWithAI
This is an experience report by Yuichi & Risa, who organized screenshots of the contact books (146 days) that teachers reported daily on a nursery school app, and used AI to analyze and visualize them. It is a super childcare-oriented piece that turned records from "daily events" into a "child's growth story." It is packed with tips for incorporating AI into childcare, such as revealing growth that parents wouldn't have noticed on their own.
Looking back on this year, I had Gemini create a "monument to myself that I want to decorate my room with"
Oboyu | Aruku Hito (Walking Person) analyzed their 2025 step count data with Google Gemini and created a monument to themselves symbolizing "walking." Furthermore, when they analyzed the data accumulated on their Apple Watch using tools like Deep Research, it turned out that their activity level was significantly higher than the average for their age group! The process of visualizing their hard work with the power of AI from numerical records and deepening self-understanding is a must-see.
