The Emotion Code (After Ayako-san's session, now that the Heart-Wall is gone)

Good evening, it's Mother Penguin 🐧.

Thank you for coming to read my blog.

I am writing this story to express my gratitude for the Emotion Code session I received from Ayako-san, who is a certified Emotion Code practitioner and has a proven track record as a clinical counselor in the United States.

The circumstances behind receiving the Heart-Wall session

In early December 2025, I received a message from Ayako-san, who always takes good care of me on note.

At that time, I was in very poor health due to anxiety over the uncertain future of caring for my parents and mental exhaustion.

I was well aware that I was pushing myself too hard, but I didn't know what to do about it. Just as I started experiencing symptoms all over my body and began visiting the hospital, I received an invitation from Ayako-san for an Emotion Code session.

I was interested in the Emotion Code, but I felt that receiving a session in my current situation would only be a burden to Ayako-san.
I told Ayako-san about my situation and asked if it would still be okay. It didn't seem to be a problem for her at all.

I felt, 'There might be some meaning in Ayako-san reaching out to me at this timing... I should go with the flow.'

And so, I decided to receive Ayako-san's Emotion Code session.

The first and second sessions were held via Zoom. From the third to the fifth, because I had fallen ill and needed hospital tests, we conducted the sessions via email.

By the fifth session, the Heart-Wall was completely gone✨️.

Ayako-san set aside time for a final face-to-face talk on Zoom, making for a total of six meetings.

Emotion Code sessions are usually supposed to end in 20 to 30 minutes, but Ayako-san took the time to explain things carefully as she worked with me.

I am not good at doing things at a fast pace, but Ayako-san guided me skillfully at my own pace, so I was able to receive the session with peace of mind.

In the past, I spent 4 to 5 years studying counseling (though I have no clinical experience), and I have received counseling several times myself.

The session I received from Ayako-san this time was not counseling, but something called the Emotion Code, which is not very familiar in Japan.

Although the Emotion Code was a very different kind of session from counseling, I could feel a great deal of thoughtful consideration in Ayako-san's approach.

Changes that occurred after receiving the session

The first session

The first session was full of surprises.

The wall that had been built in my heart was mostly due to my mother.

I will record the changes that occurred in me after the first session.

The feelings I held toward the family I was born and raised in (my father and brother) began to change little by little.

Within a week after the session, I had a better relationship with both my father and my brother than before.

The second session

In the second session, the emotions of an ancestor, likely from the Muromachi period, emerged.

When I was young, I was hooked on the NHK Taiga drama 'Taiheiki'.
At the time, I even toured places associated with the Taiheiki.

The ancestor who appeared this time seemed to be from a time close to when the Northern and Southern Courts were unified, which was very interesting to me.

Also, when you released the emotions of my maternal grandmother, I couldn't help but shed tears.

I won't go into detail here, but I am very grateful to Ayako-san for releasing these emotions of my grandmother.

In addition, you released emotions related to a certain matter that our family has been suffering from for many years.

Although I have been able to avoid being affected by this matter much in recent years, this has allowed me to cleanly cut ties with it emotionally as well.

3rd Session

From the third session onwards, we decided to conduct the sessions via email.

It is a method where Ayako-san sends me the results of the Emotion Code session by email.

Since it was a time when it was difficult to find time due to nursing care and hospital visits, this proposal from Ayako-san was convenient for me.

In the third session, you released my own emotions.

Regarding my emotions from recent years, I was able to realize when they occurred, but the emotions from my childhood felt somewhat recognizable.

At this point, I decided not to think too deeply about the released childhood emotions that I vaguely remembered, but rather to just view them from a distance and let them flow.

4th Session

In the fourth session, just like the previous one, you released my emotions from recent years and my childhood emotions.

Reading through the list of released emotions again, I felt that many of the emotions I have felt throughout my life were just me tracing and repeatedly feeling the negative emotions I experienced in childhood.

Among the recent emotions that came up in the session, I was influenced by the emotions of a person who was a bit unexpected for me. I was surprised because I wasn't very aware of that, but it was something I could accept.

5th Session

In the fifth session, the Heart-Wall was finally gone✨️

When I received the message from Ayako-san saying, "Congratulations. The Heart-Wall is gone," I felt very happy.

Reading the list of released emotions, it seems that emotions from when I was in my mother's womb and emotions from when I was one year old came up.

Actually, I have some idea about the emotions from when I was one year old.
Since fewer people have memories from when they were one, I had never told anyone before that I have memories from around that age.

A few years ago, after hearing my uncle say, "I have a memory of being in an air-raid shelter when I was zero years old and feeling cold and hating it," I realized that my uncle also has memories from when he was a baby, and that was the first time I told someone that I also have some memories left from when I was very small.

Regarding the emotions from when I was in my mother's womb, there were some that I thought might be it, and others that I didn't understand.

Ayako-san made sure that all the walls of the Heart-Wall were released before the end of the year so that I could welcome the New Year with a peaceful heart.

Even between sessions, Ayako-san always sent me thoughtful messages and advice. Those messages from Ayako-san gave me insights and began to bring about changes in me and those around me.

The 6th session was on Zoom

The 6th session was not a regular session, but rather a time for her to talk about the sessions and give me advice. Ayako-san spoke with a kind and friendly demeanor.

Ayako-san's sincere personality really came through.

Now that the Heart-Wall sessions are over

By receiving Ayako-san's sessions, I learned the importance of firmly establishing 'boundaries between myself and others'.

As Ayako-san released my Heart-Wall, I naturally began to face myself. As I faced myself, I felt that it was very necessary for me now to be firmly conscious of setting boundaries with people.

After all the sessions were finished, Ayako-san sent me an article containing content that was necessary for me.

The article Ayako-san sent included a famous quote by an American theologian called the 'Serenity Prayer'.

God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and wisdom to know the difference.

May I always have the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.

I learned the words of the 'Serenity Prayer' for the first time.

For me, the thing that cannot be easily changed is the heart of another person,

and for me, the thing that still has the possibility of being changed is myself.

I feel it is important to set boundaries with people other than myself, stand on my own axis, and on that basis, properly align my mind and body to stay healthy in both heart and body.

Beyond that, I hope that my mother can feel true happiness, whether she is in a nursing home or wherever she may be.

I recognize that, considering her age and symptoms, it is better not to expect my mother to return to how she was before.

And, whether my mother is happy or not is for my mother to decide. I could do nothing more after reaching my limit caring for my mother, who had been pleading very strongly to return home.

For the past few years, I have been visiting my mother in the same way and caring for my father together with my brother.

Now that the sessions are over, I feel that the weight of the responsibility I carried for my parents' care has become lighter than before. The pressure regarding the care of my mother and father has disappeared, and I feel much more at ease.

From now on, I will cherish my own time and the time I can spend with my parents more than ever, and I will surely enjoy my life even more.

Today, I went to the wild bird park with my son, had lunch, and then came home.

My father went to his facility in the car that came to pick him up, and after he got home, he contacted me via Alexa and showed me that he was doing well.

When I went to visit my mother the other day, she said, 'I feel lonely, but there are times when I forget about my family. I suppose that's because she is living peacefully at the facility...'

When a staff member said, 'I'm here with you too...' and pushed my mother's wheelchair while staying close to her, I was filled with deep gratitude for the staff member and a sense of sadness.

When I feel this way, I try to say the words of 'Ho'oponopono' that Ayako-san recommended to the deepest part of my heart, as if I were speaking to myself.
When I do that, my heart softens a little.

At the end of this article

To Ayako-san

Thank you very much for all your help over the past month.

I pray that you, Ayako-san, will continue to thrive and cross many boundaries.

To everyone who read my article

Thank you for reading my article to the end.

If there is anyone who wants to change their situation, it might be a good idea to seek help from someone you trust, just as I did, whether it is through the Emotion Code, counseling, or something else.

By connecting with someone you feel good about in a way that suits you, self-transformation will surely occur.

May every day be healthy and happy for all of you and for me.
