[Congratulations Board Won!] Reintroducing the background of the three awarded articles!
Hello.
I am Takahashi, a multi-job holder challenging my own potential.
With a vision to enjoy both work and private life as an active professional for a long time in this 100-year life era,
while eventually providing opportunities to ignite passion in many people,
and creating a "village" with many companions,
through work as a recruitment agent, inside sales,
and participation in internships,
I am expanding my "parallel work" to develop my own potential and latent abilities and contribute to many people.
I am currently entering the contests held by note,
"Things I can do for the future" and "Career from now on"!
My latest self-introduction article is here.
This time, I am reporting that three articles I recently posted
each won a Congratulations Board with different hashtags.
As for the hashtags,
the first one is a theme that is central to me,"Job Change Experience"
the second one is also a central theme of mine,"Work Style"
and the third one is,
something I rarely cover as my usual self,"Love"
Looking only at the themes, they are quite scattered.
But looking back,
they were all connected to the same place within me.
The question of "how to face people".
Since I have the opportunity,
I will summarize the background of each of the three awarded articlesand
what I felt again through this award.
A job change experience that shifted from "wanting to be evaluated" to "wanting to contribute"

The first Congratulations Board win is this article.
"[Job Change Experience] From a work style seeking evaluation to a work style of contribution ~A career reboot~"
This one
won a Congratulations Board with "#JobChangeExperience".

In this article,
I overlap the bitter experience of being fired immediately after being transferred at age 22, which was called a "promotion," with the event of experiencing a team transfer again at age 36, which was a "promotion" in the literal sense.
Regarding the promotion transfer at age 36,
my boss told me, "Actually, I recommended you."
In the past,
I think I had strong feelings of
"wanting to be evaluated," "wanting to be recognized," and "wanting to produce results and prove that I have value."
I think those feelings were strong.
However, now,
I have started to think, "What can I give to this team?"
Evaluation is not something you chase to prove your own value. It is something that follows as a result of facing the work and people in front of you.
For me, who returned to work after a period of poor condition and has been building things up little by little,
this article was not just a transfer report.
It is a "record of a reboot" that documents how my own reasons for working have changed.
The fact that many people read it as a "Job Change Experience" is,
more than anything, what made me happy.
The basics of how we work, thought of from "After you"

Here is the second one.
"The buffer points in human relationships are 'a stance of yielding' and 'a thoughtful word'"
This one won a Congratulatory Board for '#WorkStyle'.

The inspiration for writing the article was truly a casual everyday moment.
While walking down the street,
to people with children or those moving house,
"After you," "Take your time, it's okay," "Thank you for your hard work"
I called out these words. It was an event that lasted only a few seconds.
However, I had the feeling that the atmosphere in that place softened a little.
From there, I thought about
"Isn't there a need for a little margin to yield in human relationships?".
It is the same at work.
"Is now a good time?"
"Thank you, that helped me out."
"If it's difficult, I can adjust the time."
With just one word, the way the other person receives it changes.
However, it is meaningless to just memorize polite words.
Consideration is not about using pretty words.
It is the stance of imagining that the other person also has their own circumstances and time, and being able to adjust your own actions a little.
By being awarded as a work-style article, I felt once again that
work ability is not just about professional skills,
but also includes 'becoming someone who is easy to work with'.
The award for a love article also led to supporting someone

Here is the third one.
"The reason why 'I just want you to listen' doesn't get across. What I realized from Ren-san's [Love Note for Women] based on male psychology"
This one won a Congratulatory Board for '#Love'.

I usually write a lot about careers, job changes, and work styles, so
being awarded in the love genre was quite fresh.
And this award for this article brings a different kind of joy than usual.
That is because it is not just an article about myself, but
an article introducing the work of Ren, who is active on note as well.
When men hear about a problem,
they tend to think about "how to solve it."
On the other hand,
there are times when the person says, "I don't want a solution, I just want you to listen today."
From that, I, as a man, was also made to realize
that the more I want to help someone, the more I tend to try to provide an answer immediately.
This is not just about romantic relationships.
It is the same for career change consultations, sales, and friendships.
Being supportive does not mean giving the right answer immediately. It means trying to understand what the other person is looking for right now.
Furthermore, with this introduction article being awarded,
it also became an opportunity for more people to learn about Ren's content.
Ren has been working even more energetically on writing notes,
and when I accessed their account the other day,
they had also created a new paid note.
My own article is being recognized.
At the same time, the content of someone I want to support is reaching further.
It was a different kind of Congra Board than before,
a happy award that directly contributes to other note creators.
Awards are not the "goal," but a blessing that comes after building things up

Career change experience. Work styles. Romance.
When I line up these three articles like this,
articles from quite different genres have been awarded.
However, the root of what I am writing about has not changed much.
・How can people trust each other?
・What can I do for others?
・How can I make my experience useful to someone?
Recently, I have been thinking more than ever about
"happiness," "altruism," and "service." That is why
I do not want to make it a sequence of writing articles to win a Congra Board.
Awards are a matter of hindsight.
I want to reach someone. I want to support someone. I would be happy if my experience could be a small hint for someone who is struggling right now.
After continuing to write with that thought in mind, a blessing returns in the form of an award.
I want to cherish that order.
I am currently working on creating and submitting entries for
"Things I can do for the future" and "Future careers"
hosted by Bungeishunju and note.
I intend to work on these with the driving force of
wanting to refine my own experiences and words.
Whether I win an award or not is not up to me.
However,
"What kind of person I am when I write," "Who I am writing for,"
and "What I intend to convey when I write" are things I can decide for myself.
Results are not something to chase,
but something you receive as a result of your daily attitude and actions.
I will continue to take my time, but I will put my heart and soul into every single article.
I want to continue writing on note
while turning my experiences into hope for someone else,
and delivering the charm of those I want to support to many people.
