My article has been plagiarized again.

It's happened a few times already, though.

What's malicious about this time is that it's not just a paid article.

They plagiarized an exclusive article for members.

I've said this before, but you should really think about who you're dealing with.

No, in the first place, youshouldn't be plagiarizingat all.

Just because your article is plagiarized doesn't mean you'll always find it.

But in my case, I'm not alone.

I have over 250 people who have joined my membership.

Sometimes, I get messages from people among them who have found the plagiarism.

If you include my followers, there are even more people.

Why would someone do something that's so likely to be found out immediately?

I will explain how you should respond if your article is plagiarized.

(This is my method, and I am not forcing it on anyone☝️)

First, go to the bottom of the relevant article.

Then, the other person's icon will appear.

Once you see it, there is a "..." slightly to the side of the "♡" icon; click that.

A small window like the one below will appear.

Select "Report" and click it.

Another small window will appear.

There are several options, but click on "Copyright Infringement".

By the way, if you think it is slander, you can select the option below that.

I wouldn't expect too much from that, so I will describe other methods later.

There is a section to state the reason; this is optional, but it is better to write it.

The content I actually wrote is as follows.

Finally, press the "Send" button and you are done.

To share some unfortunate news, I think these things happen quite often.

I feel like the official note teamis dealing with a significant number of these cases.

In the private Tarawo Girls (the predecessor to the membership), he currently serves as the vice-chairman.

I have told him this personally, but I also believe I have worked hard in the world of sales.

I feel like I have achieved decent results, but there is a decisive difference between him and me.

In my case, I am single and have few things tying me down.

fafa-san has a family, four children, and works as a tennis coach on the weekends.

It is a pathetic thing to say, but if I were in the same environment, I don't think I could have achieved the results he has.

3. Block the other party.

Since it tends to be a long-term process, if someone is talking about you, and even if it is not clearly bad-mouthing, I recommend that you always take a screenshot of the screen when you feel uneasy. I recommend it.

This is advice I often receive from lawyers as well: even if you don't know if it will serve as evidence, you can leave it to a professional to decide if it's usable, so just take a screenshot of the screen if something bothers you. It is good to do so.

If it is written throughout the entire article, it is also effective to copy the URL.

Even if the other party deletes it, it is stored on the operator's server, so I make sure to do this as well.

If you don't have a lawyer nearby, it might be a good idea to consult the Japan Legal Support Center (Houterasu) at this stage.

In my case, I have many lawyer friends through work and in my private life, so I consult with them immediately.

By listening to the lawyer's explanation, knowing what can be done and the costs involved, and knowing that I can contact them again immediately if the situation worsens, it also puts my mind at ease for the sake of my mental health.

Even if you don't act immediately, once you understand that you can respond at any time, it just becomes a matter of mood and cost.

I can't be bothered with everything every single time, but I intend to take action if I feel like it.

That said, there are certainly people who find the hurdle of hiring a lawyer quite high.

In that case, first block the other party.

At this time, no one will ask for a reason, and unlike normal human relationships, even if it's just a feeling, if you don't want to be involved, there is no harm in doing it.

The method is simple.

Go to the other person's account.

Press the "..." next to the icon.

Then, a new small window will appear.

Press "Block".

It's just two steps.

By doing this, even if you type the other person's name in the search bar, they will no longer appear.

I've listed them briefly, but almost all contact from the other party is impossible.

If I had to say one thing, it's just that they can still read your articles.

There is no need to go out of your way to associate with someone who makes you feel even slightly uneasy is my personal theory.

I don't intend to force this on anyone, and I would be happy if you could consider whether to use it based on your own judgment.

Even if you block them, I recommend taking screenshots if you happen to find what you suspect to be another account of theirs.

Since it is quite extreme to go this far even after you have expressed your intent, it is easy to stay vigilant, and once you catch them in the act, it might be best to take action immediately.

I make sure not to forget to block them promptly in such cases as well.

By the way, when my article was plagiarized and I reported it to the official note support, I didn't want to deal with listening to their messy excuses either.

Ultimately, it all comes down to your own judgment, but this is just how I personally handle it.
