Hello everyone, this is the Troubleshooter development team.

First of all, I'm sorry for the inconveniences.

Stabilization of the game client is the most important of all for the development team. But as updates go further, unexpected bugs might be found.

If you are in trouble with anything, please don't hesitate and let the development team knows. The more specific description about the issue you give us the faster we can fix it.

Troubleshooting Guide

[!IMPORTANT] If you need any help, don't hesitate to send email to system@dandylion.co.kr

Sending Log Files

You can send us your log files automatically by using "ERROR REPORT" in game option. If you can't run the game client, you can send log files by running "LogTransporter.exe" manually. You can find them below path.

LIBRARY → HOME → Troubleshooter → Properties → LOCAL FILES → BROWSE LOCAL FILES... → Release → bin → LogTransporter.exe

Please run LogTransporter.exe. You can see two blanks and a check box. Write your email address in the above blank. The development will send reply to this address. the other one is description about error situation. If you have any extra information about the issue, please write anything about it.

You can send all your log files by checking the "Include all log files" check box. The development team strongly recommends you to check this. They are really helpful to find out the causes.

Running Tech Demo

You can find three tech demo files in the Troubleshooter folder.

LIBRARY → HOME → Troubleshooter → Properties → LOCAL FILES → BROWSE LOCAL FILES... → Release → bin

TechDemo.exe
TechDemo_CEGUITest.exe
TechDemo_OgreTest.exe

If there is any program crashes or failed to run the demo program, please email to system@dandylion.co.kr and tell us which demo ran normally and which didn't.
If BugTrap message pops up while running demo, DO NOT forget to submit it.

Stopping VPN

If you have any network troubles in the online mode, please check if you are using VPN. It could cause unexpected network issues.

Stopping Anti Virus Program

Some anti virus programs prevent the connection to specific IP or block the program itself. In this situation, though the server and network state is OK, you can't connect to the game. If you can't connect to the Gateway server when there's no maintenance, please turn off anti virus program temporarily and run the game again. If the game runs successfully, please add the ProtoLion.exe to the exception list of the anti virus program.

Update BIOS

If your system(desktop or labtop) CPU is one of Intel Broadwell-E or Skylake or Kabylake, Please update the BIOS. These CPUs have a critical issue in their Hyper Threading technology. You can check those CPUs here.

Losing connection.

So, I'm trying to start the second mission (Where you're supposed to be helping the Don) for the umpteenth time now but every time I get to the start of the mission, I'm losing connection and get kicked back to the main menu. I'm getting really annoyed by this because there is no option to skip over the dialogue straight to the fight. And even then I'm not actually getting to fight at all.

This is simply inacceptable.

Usually ESC works to skip through dialogue, although if this isn't the case, it might be a bug. As for connectivity issues, not much we can do at this stage, as their vision will require server side connectivity. I'm sure as part of Early Access server stability improves. At least I hope so, I personally love the premise of this game. So hoping it does well *fingers crossed*

We checked server logs and found there was a system message a few hours ago. We are checking it if it caused the problem.

I'm sorry but whatever seems to be the problem is still not fixed. The moment that Don is joining the party, the game disconnects me and throws me back to the main menu screen.

We are checking server logs to solve your issues. If anything there's more information, please let us know.

First of all, Can you give us your 'Troubleshooter' client log files? It'll be great help to us. Please do following steps.

Step.01,
(In Steam client ) LIBRARY > Troubleshooter > Properties > LOCAL FILES > BROWSE LOCAL FILES

Step.02,
(In local files) Move to Release > bin > Protolion_log

Compress (zip format) all the log files in that folder and send it to system@dandylion.co.kr

Again, we're really sorry for your inconvenience. But please help us. We really want to solve your problem.

We found something wrong between your client and server. It happened when game server send the large packet to your client. That's when Don joins your team. Problem not solved yet. We are still trying to solve it.

[Bugs, Suggestions] Pietro Cortona - Weapons Merchant

There is three issues:
1. Usually, games use the term "Buyback" instead of "Rebuy".
2. The rebuy window is empty after I sold some items (equip).
3. The purchase or sale of items does not improve the reputation.

Suggestions:
1. There is no useful "buy and equip" button.
2. My current weapon gives a bonus to accuracy, crit. chance and crit. damage. The new weapon gives a bonus to accuracy and crit. damage, without a crit. chance. In the characteristics comparison window the lost chance is not displayed.

2 & 3. Rebuy and reputation feature is under developing. Only UI exists. Sorry for the confusing.

I haven't been able to reproduce the enemy turn freezing issue recently, so I'm wondering if it was tied to the earlier server issues, if does reoccur I'll send through the logs, as per your news update.

The developers have said many times that the game will have network content.
