Common troubleshooting guide.
Hello everyone.

This is the Troubleshooter development team.

If you have any problems to run Troubleshooter, These steps can resolve many problems with crashing and errors.

[!IMPORTANT] If you need any help, don't be hesitate email to system@dandylion.co.kr

Verify the game cache:

  • Close and restart Steam.

  • Make sure the Steam is online.

  • · Steam LIBRARY → GAMES → Troubleshooter → Properties → LOCAL FILES → click VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES

Reinstalling DirectX:
  1. In your Steam folder for the Troubleshooter, there is a DirectX setup package.
    Note: If you can’t find out [C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Troubleshooter] path, do below:
    · LIBRARY → GAMES → Troubleshooter → Properties → LOCAL FILES → BROWSE LOCAL FILES...
  2. Example file path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010
  3. Find and run DXSETUP.exe
  4. Reboot the computer (recommend)

Reinstalling Vcredist:
  1. Navigate to your game’s steam folder – there will be two Vcredist folders.
  2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2010
  3. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2013
  4. Find and Run vcredist_x86.exe in both folders
  5. Find and Run vcredist_x64.exe in both folders
  6. Should the files already be installed, you will be prompted to either ‘uninstall’ or ‘repair’. Choose ‘repair’.
  7. Reboot the computer (recommend)

Graphic driver update:
· Make sure you have the most up to date drivers available from the GPU maker. This means Intel, AMD or nVidia, not your system OEM. OEMs are rarely up to date with the drivers they provide.

Labtop user:
Please check if your laptop has swtichable graphics.

If so, please enable separate graphics. (In most cases, it will be NVIDIA's or AMD's)

Sending log files
There is an automatic log file sender in Troubleshooter folder. You can find it in...
LIBRARY → GAMES → Troubleshooter → Properties → LOCAL FILES → BROWSE LOCAL FILES... → Release → bin → LogTransporter.exe

Run LogTransporter.exe. You can see two blanks. Upper one is email address for receive our reply and the other one is description for error situation. If you want give us more detailed information, please check 'Include full log file'. (It takes more time) And click 'Send'.

My game keeps crashing, tried to execute as admin, reinstall, drivers up to date, reinstaled. But i cant find the paste "_CommonRedist"

Hello, I'm sorry for the inconveniences. I can't find the cause of your problem right now. Would you please send us your log files? You can send us your log files manually.

Please follow the guide below:

Go to your Steam LIBRARY → in the list on the left, hover the mouse cursor on Troubleshooter: Abandoned Children and click right mouse button. → go to Properties... → select LOCAL FILES in the list left → click Browse... button → (Troubleshooter installed folder is opened) → Release → bin → run LogTransporter.exe
