Learning 'Correct Nutrition' Doesn't Guarantee a Healthy Body! What Truly Matters Is Nutrition That Suits You Right Now
Hello🌸 This is YUKI from the Beautiful Body Method😊✨
Recently, in the fields of health and beauty, beyond the term 'molecular nutrition,'
'Precision Nutrition' is starting to gain attention.
Some of my clients have also recently mentioned that they have undergone 'nutritional analysis testing'.
That person was surprised to learn that among the things they had been eating without a second thought, there were actually ingredients that did not suit them.
They also found out that they were deficient in nutrients they hadn't been conscious of before, or conversely, that they were consuming too much of certain nutrients.
By being able to objectively understand their own body through numbers and data,
they seemed very relieved, and with a very bright expression, they said, 'I'm happy that I can now incorporate the nutrition that I truly need.'🌿✨
I truly feel the era of precision nutrition!
However, I personally feel that no matter how much technology advances, the essence of true health lies in the time and effort spent gradually tuning your body while facing it directly.🌿

🌿 Encountering Molecular Nutrition
I have been a professional personal trainer for 12 years now.
Through this work, I have encountered countless types of 'nutrition science'.
Among the things I have learned, there are those I thought were 'good,' and
there are also those I felt 'might not suit me right now'.
But even for the things I felt didn't suit me, at the time, I seriously believed they were 'the best' and worked on them.
A person's body is constantly changing.
What suited me yesterday might not suit me tomorrow.
I don't think that's a bad thing; I think it's proof that the body is changing.
That is why I no longer see much meaning in judging nutrition as 'good' or 'bad'.
This is because nutrition can only be measured by whether or not it suits an individual's body.

💊 The Molecular Nutrition and Megavitamin Health Method I Practice
I practice a molecular nutrition approach based on the 'Megavitamin Health Method' advocated by psychiatrist Dr. Tokumi Fujikawa.
At first, I tried the exact amounts and types written in the doctor's book. But as I continued, I realized something.
'Even if you take the same nutrition, the way people feel and the results differ from person to person.'
Now, while I use the book as a reference, I make adjustments while listening to the voice of my own body.
'I'm feeling a bit low on energy today'
'My skin has been looking good lately'
Using such small changes as a guide, I increase or decrease the amount slightly.
Molecular nutrition is about having a dialogue with your own body.
It is truly a feeling like tuning your mind and body.🎻✨

🌸 Nutrition Cannot Be Discussed in Terms of Good or Bad
Having done this work for a long time, what I think is,
'There is no absolute correct answer in nutrition.'
There are people who say it's better to eat meat, and
there are people who say you should refrain from meat.
There are people who are in the camp of actively taking supplements, and
there are people who say they are completely unnecessary.
Even when it comes to molecular nutrition and the Megavitamin Health Method,
there are people who say 'you shouldn't do it,' and
there are people who say 'you should actively do it.'
But that is not a question of which is correct.
In the end, it is a difference in experience based on how that person felt.

💎 The New Concept of Precision Nutrition
'Precision Nutrition,' which has been a hot topic recently, can truly be called the next generation of nutrition science led by modern technology.
This involves turning genes, gut environment, metabolic reactions, etc., into detailed data,
and using AI and analytical technology to derive 'the optimal nutrition for you'.
In other words, a world where you can grasp almost everything about your body's state in numerical values through testing.
It is very convenient, efficient, and rational.
In the sense that you get an answer immediately, I think it is truly modern nutrition science.
It is truly surprising!! I never imagined that such nutrition science would emerge.
However, if I may speak from the perspective of someone like me, after all...
'Arriving at the answer suddenly' is a little uninteresting.
I believe that both nutrition and training are things that become visible through failure and trial and error. Gradually accumulating successes and failures, and approaching the correct answer while feeling the changes in the body.
That process is exactly what makes nutritional science fun for me🌿✨
Of course, some people may think, 'I want to save time and get results as quickly as possible.' That is a perfectly wonderful choice, too.
But for me, listening to the voice of my body little by little and
adjusting to my state at any given time makes nutritional science feel deeper and more enjoyable.
Also, I believe that nutrition is not something fixed.
It is something that changes daily due to various factors such as
age, activity level, seasons, relationships, and stress at that time.
Even if you find out the state of your body through a precise medical examination, that is merely 'data at that point in time.' A few years later, your body's condition and metabolism may change, and it is possible that the data will no longer be the same.
Therefore, even if you do get tested,
you would need to do it repeatedly on a regular basis, which also costs money.
And above all...
I feel like the ability to think and feel for yourself becomes harder to develop
I view nutritional science as 'training for thought and sensation.'
While flexibly making changes to suit my body and the situation at the time,
I want to continue honing the ability to think, feel, and choose for myself🌸
Rather than viewing this precision nutrition as a 'science for finding the optimal nutrition,' I think of it as...
perhaps it would be good to use it as a way to check the answers to what I have practiced so far
a stance I am considering.
In short, it is like 'checking your answers' on a test.
I think it might be interesting to try it once to see how much the molecular nutrition approach I have been following has actually suited my body.
Of course, what you can learn from an examination is truly wonderful.
Many people may feel a sense of relief by being able to objectively understand their condition through visualization with numerical values.
However, I also feel that relying too much on those results is a bit off.
Nutrition is not something that is completed by data alone; how do your body and mind feel?
Only by including those sensations can you see the true balance🌸

💖 Molecular Nutrition for Me
I have been practicing molecular nutrition for four years now.
Since starting this method, the anemia symptoms I originally suffered from have disappeared,
and allergies like rhinitis have almost completely stopped appearing.
For me, this nutritional method is not just a theory, but 'learning where I can feel my body changing.'
And above all, the fact that it can be continued without strain is significant.
Nutrition is the same as training; if you cannot continue it, it is meaningless.
No matter how perfect the theory is, your body will not be balanced by a method that causes stress.
I consider taking in nutrition to be a part of training💪✨
Just as you grow muscle, you train the inside of your body with nutrition.
Both training and nutrition require consistency.
Observe yourself today and adjust yourself just a little for tomorrow.
Through that repetition, the body will definitely change.
Do not seek perfection too much, and continue with a 'comfortable rhythm.'
That is my style of health🌸
I approach nutrition not as a 'restriction' or 'obligation,' but as the joy of conversing with my body.
Try a new nutritional method, and if it suits you, continue it. If it doesn't, let it go. Through that repetition, you will gradually be able to hear the voice of your body. It is almost like the feeling of putting together puzzle pieces one by one🧩
✨ There is no end to nutritional science. It is not something where you find the correct answer at once, but I think it is a journey of searching for the balance that suits you at any given time.

💗 Conclusion ~Trusting Your Own Body~
Both molecular nutrition and precision nutrition are wonderful ways of thinking.
But what I want to continue to value is,
'Trusting the voice of my own body more than data'
Our bodies are very honest.
They give us signs when we need something, and they tell us properly when we don't.
While listening to those small signs, I want to find the nutrition and way of life that suit me little by little.
💖 Nutrition is something you 'nurture,' not an 'effort'
💖 Value comfort more than the correct answer
I want to continue to nurture a beautiful and supple mind and body at my own pace🌷✨
