The 4 Essential Parts for Building an 'Automated Sales System'
Today's thumbnail features

When you've thought about
wanting to build an 'automated sales system',
have you ever felt
something like this?
'It seems like there is
a lot to do'
'I don't know where
to start'
'I feel like I'll get lost halfway,
so I can't take the first step'
I had the same feeling too.
However, I've recently realized that the true nature of this anxiety is
not having a map of the entire system.
What is needed for systemization is not memorizing a lot of things, but
grasping the big picture once.
An 'automated sales system' is made up of 4 parts.
When you hear 'system',
you tend to imagine
something large and complex,
but in reality, it is a combination of 4 parts.
Opt-in LP (The first entrance)
Educational emails (Nurturing trust)
Sales page (Where they buy)
Payment flow (The mechanism for receiving)
By having these four pass the baton in order,
a state is created where
'sales happen even when
I am not active.'
1. Opt-in LP: The first entrance
This is a dedicated page where
people who are interested
register their email address
in exchange for a free bonus.
It is the starting point of the system,
and everything connects from here.
I am currently using
Systeme.io
, a free all-in-one tool,
to build this opt-in LP.
2. Educational emails: Nurturing trust
Educational emails are a series of emails
that are automatically delivered over several days
to people who have registered their email addresses.
They have the role of
conveying the value of the product and your stance
in order, while naturally
guiding them to the sales page.
3. Sales Page: The place to buy
A dedicated page where you place
the product details, price, and sign-up button.
Since it is based on the premise that you have already
conveyed the value through educational emails,
it only needs to be kept simple.
4. Payment Flow: The mechanism for receiving payment
This is the process that automatically handles everything
from pressing the sign-up button to payment completion,
product delivery, and sending a thank-you email.
Once you have set up a payment service,
the product will automatically be delivered
to those who have purchased it.
What happens when these four are connected?
People come from note or social media
to your opt-in landing page
and register their email addresses.
You build a relationship through educational emails
while guiding them to the sales page.
Everything from sign-up to payment
and product delivery is completed automatically.
This entire sequence
will start to happen
even when you are not working.
Waking up to find new registrations,
or having a sale occur
while you are spending time with your family—
that kind of scene
will slowly be created.
The true nature of anxiety is 'not seeing the big picture'
'It seems like there is a lot to do'
'I don't know where to start'
The true nature of this anxiety
is not a matter of ability or effort, but
that you do not have a map
of the entire system at hand.that was it.
I was the same way.
In the beginning,
I couldn't see 'where to start,'
and for months, I couldn't take
the first step.
However, I later realized that this
was not a problem of ability or motivation,
but simply that I hadn't been given
the big picture.
As long as you have the map at hand,
you will immediately be able to see
where you are now and
which part you need to prepare next.
Let's move forward together
to assemble
one part at a time!
I have prepared
a summary of the overall roadmap on a single page,
an organization of the necessary tools and monthly costs,
and a diagnostic tool
so you can see exactly what stage you are at right now.
This content is designed to bridge the gap
from the state of 'not knowing where to start'
to taking your very first step.
