The 3 tools I rely on every day as an AI power user
Thank you so much
for opening this article😊
Cherry blossoms have started blooming in my neighborhood,
so I made today's thumbnail
with a cherry blossom theme in mind🌸
I can't imagine life without AI anymore
Lately, both at work
and in my private life,
I can no longer imagine a life without AI.
It has become second nature to ask AI
even for simple research.
The other day, my home oven
suddenly stopped working.
I took a photo of the serial number on the side of the unit
with my smartphone
and sent that photo to the AI.
“The power won't turn on for this model number.
What should I do?”
It immediately told me
the potential causes and how to fix it.
In the end, it was completely broken and couldn't be fixed,
and the repair cost was high,
so I ended up buying a new one (lol).
That is how much
AI has become
an indispensable presence for me.
Today, I will introduce
3 AI tools that I rely on
for my daily work.
Two of them can be tried for free starting today,
so please be sure to read until the end.
3 reliable AI tools
System development for business efficiency.
Daily posts on note.
Creating Udemy courses.
They are all fun,
but my struggle is that
I don't have enough time for everything I want to do.
That is where
AI tools come in handy.
Today, I will introduce
3 of them.

Claude Code — An AI assistant you can entrust with anything
The first is Claude Code.
It is a tool that allows you to work while interacting with AI, and it runs inside
that black screen
that programmers often use.
For example, it can read PDF receipts and
automatically organize journal entry data.
It can create monthly invoices and
even prepare email drafts.
It can bulk-register
the schedules I instruct
into Google Calendar.
Just by telling it to "do this,"
it silently gets the job done.
This is what is known as
using an "AI agent,"
and I really feel like I am
making full use of my knowledge as an engineer.
What I have written here is just a fraction,
and I use it extensively for many other tasks as well.
If I start writing about them, there is no end,
so I will leave it at this for now,
but in short, it is a "jack-of-all-trades."
Gemini - Actually a great value Google AI
The second is Google's Gemini.
In a previous article, I introduced that I use Google Workspace for building the
Systeme.io system.
If you upgrade to the Google Workspace
Business Standard plan,
the capabilities of Gemini AI expand significantly.
The individual Google AI Premium plan
costs about 3,000 yen per month.
But with the Google Workspace
Business Standard plan,
you can use both business email and Gemini
for a lower price than that.
Moreover, with Workspace,
there is the benefit that the data you input
is not used for AI training.
If you are using it for work,
the peace of mind that your information is not being learned is significant.
I use Gemini daily for research,
bouncing ideas off it,
and even generating images.
If you are considering Google Workspace
for business email,
please be sure to include the fact that you can use Gemini
as a factor in your decision.
By the way,
it was also this Gemini that I gave the photo of the oven at the beginning to.
NotebookLM: The Savior of Scriptwriting
The third one is Google's NotebookLM.
It is playing a huge role in
the scriptwriting for the
Udemy course I am currently working on.
When recording for Udemy,
I don't think there are many people
who can speak perfectly from the start.
In my case,
I record my voice first
by just rambling on
while saying things like "um" and "uh"
about the content I want to explain.
I just pass that audio data
to NotebookLM and tell it,
"Organize this and transcribe it."
My messy speech
turns into a clean script.
Since it's based on my own words,
it sounds natural when read aloud.
If I try to write a script from scratch,
I get stuck,
but by speaking first and having AI organize it,
since changing to this workflow,
the speed of my scriptwriting
has increased dramatically.
(I'm almost done with the Udemy course, so The course is finished!
please wait just a little longer!)
I've included the details toward the end of this article.
You can try it for free starting today
Both Gemini and NotebookLM
are free if you have a Google account and
you can start using them.
NotebookLM, in particular,
can be used not only for scriptwriting
but also for daily information gathering.
Try putting the URL of a YouTube video
you're interested in into NotebookLM.
It will summarize the content of the video
just like that.
When you don't have time to watch a long video in its entirety,
you can read the summary first
and then go watch only the parts that interest you.
Just by learning this way of using it,
your input efficiency will change.
It was surprisingly useful once I tried it out
The three tools I introduced today.
Claude Code → An AI agent that does it all
Gemini → From research to image generation
NotebookLM → Scriptwriting and organizing information
For all of them, I started by asking,
"Can it really do this?"
But once I tried them out,
I realized they were more useful than
I had imagined.
You don't need special programming knowledge or
high-level skills to
start using AI.
Start by having NotebookLM
analyze a single YouTube video.
I hope this becomes a catalyst to make
your daily life a little easier.
🎁 My Udemy course is now live!
It is a practical course packed with the entire process
of building an "automated sales system" from scratch.
Please take a look if you are interested.
If you take the course,
I would appreciate a high rating
and a kind review 🙏
