2026年の干支である午（うま）にちなみ、
「馬車鉄道」や「千里の馬」のように力強く、
そして、ウマくいく（上手くいく）🐎
一年になるようにと願いを込めたの。
In honor of 2026 being the Year of the Horse,
I made a wish: To move forward powerfully like
a "Horse-drawn Railway" or a "Steed of a Thousand Miles,"
and for everything to go smoothly (or should I say, gallop along nicely?) this year🐎

でもね、気づけば年を越してて、
ずいぶんと久しぶりになっちゃった…🍜
But before I knew it, the New Year had arrived,
and it’s been quite a while since we last spoke...🍜

ごめんね、実は12月、ちょっと頑張りすぎちゃったみたいで、
体調を崩して寝込んでしまって💦コンテストやコラボ企画、
参加したい気持ちはいっぱいあったんだけど、
体が動かなくて悔しかったなぁ(´;ω;｀)
I’m so sorry. The truth is, I think I pushed myself a little too hard in December. I fell ill and was stuck in bed💦 There were contests and collaboration projects I really wanted to join, but my body just wouldn't cooperate. It was so frustrating. (´;ω;｀)

お布団の中で、世界では新しいAI技術が

What I Realized Rethinking Health Moments Of Wellbeing

何か没頭したり、疲れてしまって動けない時ほど、
#健康を考えることになって しまう時間が増えました🩺
The more I get immersed in something, or the more I become too exhausted to move, the more time I find myself Rethinking Health 🩺

AIの世界は、毎日が進化の連続で、
ついていくのに必死になっちゃうこともあるよね✍️
The world of AI is a continuous stream of daily evolution, and sometimes we get desperate just trying to keep up, don't we?✍️

でも、今回のお休みで痛感したの。
「続けられること」が、どれだけ尊いかってこと🔥
But during this break, I keenly realized just how precious
"being able to continue" truly is🔥

noteの指針にもあるけれど、創作って、一瞬で燃え尽きる花火じゃなくて、
まるで、ずっと灯し続けるキャンドルみたいなものなんだよね🕯️
As it says in the note guidelines, creativity
isn't a firework that burns out in an instant;
it's more like a candle that keeps on burning🕯️

無理しないで、たまには深呼吸して休むこと。
Don't overdo it; take a deep breath and rest once in a while.

そのペース配分や、AIという「魔法の道具」との付き合い方を
深く見つめ直す、とっても大切な時間になったよ⌛
It became a very important time for me to deeply rethink my pacing and how I interact with this "magic tool" called AI⌛

心と体が弱っている時、求めたのは、
強すぎる刺激じゃなくて「優しい光」でした🫧
When my mind and body were weak, what I sought
wasn't overpowering stimulation, but a "Gentle Light"🫧

見るだけで心がじんわり温かくなるような、 #ウェルビーイングな時間

That’s why I chose "Luminous Watercolors"
as the theme for this calendar🎨

ただ綺麗なだけじゃなくて、
「見ているみんなの心に、ぽっと明かりを灯せるような」
癒やしのクリエイティブな絵にしたかったんだ💕
I didn't want it to just be pretty; I wanted to create healing, creative art that could "softly light a lamp in the hearts of everyone watching"💕

2025年を #AIと振り返ってみた とき、
一番感動したのは「光の表現」の進化でした🎆
When Reflecting With AI on 2025,
what moved me most was the evolution of "lighting expressions" 🎆

単に「明るくして」ってお願いするんじゃなくて、
「映画みたいなドラマチックな光で！」とか
「宝石みたいにキラキラさせて！」って、
言葉の思考を言語化して、AIに伝えるの💎
It wasn't just about asking to "make it brighter." It was about verbalizing my thoughts—like "Give me dramatic, cinematic lighting!" or "Make it sparkle like a gemstone!"—and conveying that specific vision to the AI💎

試行錯誤の連続だったけど、楽しかったなぁ🎞️
It was a continuous process of trial and error, but wow, was it fun🎞️

【魔法のレシピ、ちょっとだけ公開！】

ここで使った「光の魔法の呪文（プロンプト）」
ヒミツだけど少しだけ教えちゃうね🤫
I'll teach you a little secret about the

1. 最高のキャンバスを用意！
   Prepare the ultimate canvas!
   「Masterpiece（傑作）」って唱えて、土台をしっかり作るの。
   Chant "Masterpiece" to build a solid foundation.

これらは、現実ではすぐには手が届かないけれど、

何度も何度もリテイクをお願いしちゃった（笑）
I asked the AI to draw the illustrations,
but I had to ask for retakes again and again (lol).

それに、カレンダー制作もデザインやレイアウトを調整するのも一苦労で…
Plus, creating the calendar and adjusting the design and layout was a real struggle...

みんなが使いやすいように、細部までこだわり抜いたの✨
We were particular about every detail so it would be easy for everyone to use. ✨

AIも完璧じゃないんだよね。
AI isn't perfect either.

だからこそ、最後は人間が
「もっと可愛く！」「もっと素敵に！」って
仕上げる（リタッチする）ことが大事なんだ📸
That's exactly why it's important for humans to step in at the end and add the finishing touches (retouching), saying "Make it cuter!" or "Make it more lovely!" 📸

苦労もあったけど、AIと協力して、
自分たちの頭の中にあった「わくわくする光景」が
少しずつ形になっていくプロセスは、本当に楽しかった！
There were struggles, but the process of collaborating with AI to slowly shape the "exciting scenes" inside our heads was truly fun!

この「人間×AI」の共同作業こそが、
これからの創作の醍醐味だよね💪
