One Month Since a Registered Dietitian Started Note | Most Read Articles and Future Plans
Hello, I'm Sawako and I want to eat.
Before I knew it, a month had passed since I started note.
At first, I was anxious, wondering if anyone would read it, but receiving likes and follows has been truly encouraging.
Thank you so much 😊
This time, as a look back at this past month, I'll write about the top 3 most read articles, what I realized from them, and my plans for the future.
🥇 1st Place: 'The Story of Making Carbonara with the "Secret Ingredient is Sugar" Trick I Saw in a Drama, and How Surprisingly Delicious It Was'
Carbonara was the first time I wrote a "proper recipe article that looks like a recipe."
Surprisingly, even though it was only my second post, many people read it.
It is also the first article where I received a comment from a reader.
I will never forget the joy I felt when someone told me, "I'll try making it."
🥈 2nd Place: 'Self-Introduction | Registered Dietitian | Former Department Store Employee | I Love Eating | My First Note'
This is the very first article I wrote.
I still remember pressing the publish button with a pounding heart.
Thanks to writing that article, I was able to organize for myself "why I became a dietitian," which led to my subsequent writing.
🥉 3rd Place: 'Two Types of Summer Caprese | Mozzarella & Budget-Friendly Healthy Tofu Version [Registered Dietitian Recipe]'
Two types of Caprese using mozzarella cheese and tofu.
I was very encouraged by the feedback that it was a "time-saving menu that is kind to both health and the household budget."
Even though it's a simple dish, it was the first piece that made me realize the fun of creating articles because people read it as an article.
Things I realized after continuing for a month
Including photos makes it easier to convey the desire to "make it"
Familiar recipes and seasonal menus get a particularly large response
Writing about my own feelings and experiences creates a much stronger sense of familiarity (I think)
Through note, I am feeling once again the joy of communicating about food.
Future plans
For the next month, I will:
Increase recipes that incorporate seasonal ingredients
Try writing food reviews of restaurants I thought were delicious
Continue sharing little stories related to food and health
In the future, I'll also challenge myself with paid articles!
Valuing "kindness, a sense of health, and a sense of the season," I want to deliver articles that make you feel relieved after reading them or make you think, "Maybe I'll try making this."
I look forward to your continued support ☺️
