The Ferris wheel slowly rotates toward the sky.

As I neared the top,
I suddenly saw a small door outside the glass.

A small door opening to the sky.

Before I knew it, I had opened it.

Outside was a garden above the clouds.

Potted plants were lined up,
and flowers I had never seen before were blooming.

"Welcome."

When I turned around,
someone was working the soil.

"What are you growing here?"

When I asked, the person smiled.

"Lost items."

In their hand was a faintly glowing seed.

"Lost items above the clouds.
Feelings that weren't picked up,
or words that couldn't be said."

When I planted the seed,
it sprouted immediately.

Dreams fallen into the cracks of night slowly took shape.
As the flower bloomed,

I saw a scene that felt nostalgic.
"Oh..."

A voice escaped me.

Things I thought I had forgotten

were there.
"Do you want to take them home?"

Asked that, I hesitated for a moment.

But I shook my head.

"Because they are more beautiful here."

The person nodded.

"You can always come back."

Before I knew it, I was back inside the Ferris wheel.

Outside the window,

the door was no longer visible.
But in my heart,

the scenery of that garden remained quietly.
