[Self-Introduction] A record of a working dad who has been on note for a year and what's next
Thank you for visiting from among the many notes out there today!
Thanks to you, I have reached my one-year anniversary since starting note on June 27th last year.🎉

Since it's a milestone, I've written a self-introduction for the first time in a while.
I've summarized the kind of content I've been posting so far, so
I would be happy if both those meeting me for the first time and those who are always friendly with me would read it.
A brief self-introduction
・Hometown: Fukushima → Currently living in Aichi
・Club activities: Baseball until junior high → Life centered on tennis from high school
・Hobbies_Indoor: Reading, delicious food, delicious drinks, point-earning activities
・Hobbies_Outdoor: Tennis, travel, walking
・June 2026: 1 year since starting note🎉 (Father of two children, aged 7 and 5 at this point)
Analysis Report (Analysis of the notes I have written so far)
The other day, Shamo-san was doing an interesting initiative.
I thought this could be used for a self-introduction, so I immediately took on the challenge myself.
The summary looks like this↓

Although I stopped posting every day, I am continuing to post every week.
It's interesting how the top posts for 'likes' and the top posts for 'views' are completely different.

Next is the monthly trend of the numbers.

The average number of likes peaked during the celebration of reaching 100 consecutive days in January and my re-introduction.
After that, although I stopped posting every day, I have been able to continue steadily and consistently.
Work has been busy lately, so I will continue at a pace that isn't too demanding.
Next is my brain map

I fed my note settings into ChatGPT and had it count the frequently used words.
By the way, the person Hashamo-san, whom I introduced at the beginning, referred to was KOTAYA-san. Everyone is amazing.
Things I have worked on in the past
As is evident in the analysis report above, my past posts have covered a wide range of topics, including parenting tips, learning about money, and reading notes.
I have organized them into magazines, so please take a look if there is a genre you are interested in.
(The following is an example)
Things I am working on now
I am currently in the middle of a bulk-up challenge with Aina-san, an AI personal trainer!

Here is the reason why I started strength training.
By the way, here is how my weight has been trending ↓

I am also continuing to study asset management. Last year, I had Gemini-sensei teach me the basics, and currently, I am having Ricchan-sensei teach me practical content.
Things I want to work on in the future
There are many things like Claude and Obsidian that seem useful and that I want to try, but I haven't gotten around to them yet.
I will take on challenges little by little and level up.
Also, I would like to try Kindle publishing.
While I want to follow in the footsteps of the respected Yutogi-sama, time has flown by, so I must first decide on a theme.
Bonus: What happened when I had an AI perform a self-analysis based on my note articles
Writing many articles on note helps make your interests and concerns visible, doesn't it?
From here on, I'll introduce some content I had generative AI analyze for fun.
If I were an animal, what would I be?
Looking back at Micchi-san's journey so far—the steady persistence and strategic thinking—if I had to compare you to something, a "beaver" fits best. There are two reasons why a beaver.
1. A craftsman-like "engineering" spirit Beavers don't just gnaw on wood; they are "forest engineers" who calculate precisely to build dams and shape their environment. Micchi-san, your style of solving problems by
"creating systems and organizing your environment"—such as your Excel utilization tips, AI-based workout plans, and schedules during school closures—is very similar.
2. Overwhelming "persistence" and "diligence" The way you stack up 100 consecutive days of posts once you start, steadily growing your dam (the accumulation of articles and knowledge), is exactly like a beaver. You don't say, "I'm tired today, so I'll take a break from dam building," but instead show a
sincere work ethic that aims steadily for completion.
A "skillful and tenacious beaver.". With this "beaver spirit," the big dam-building project of bulking up that you're about to start will surely lead to wonderful results!
Here is what I referred to ↓
TETSU-san is a passionate person I've become friends with since last year.
We are working hard on muscle training together.
Warlord type

Here is what I referred to ↓
camellia-san is also a healing presence who always gives kind comments.
World Tree

Here is what I referred to
Funa-san has a wide range of interests, but I feel a sense of kinship because there are many things where I think our ways of thinking are similar.
Recently, they introduced "Mushoku Tensei" to me, and it's so interesting that my commute time is being hacked, which is a bit of a problem.
In closing
Even as I look back on it myself, I wonder if it's a bit scattered, but there should be some consistency.
I had Gemini summarize this as well.
Looking back at the past year of note, the themes are broad—"AI," "child-rearing," "health," "money," etc.—but they all point toward the same goal. If I had to express that axis in one phrase, it would be:
"Try, grow, and convey." Child-rearing, AI, health, money, reading, work—even if the themes change, the underlying consistent stance is "first challenge it yourself, then share that experience in a way that is useful to someone else."
Catchphrase: "
Make challenges a habit, make learning a strength for others"
You're good at summarizing!
I will continue to try, nurture, and share things, so I look forward to your continued support!
