Yu's Note | Connecting Kindness (Summary of Note worries, follower introductions)
Yes, 'Yu's Note: Connecting Kindness' is starting again this week.
I'm your host, Tsumugi Igawa,
and I'm your assistant, Akai Yu.
■ Tsumugi
Last week, we spent four episodes discussing worries about Note.
1. The problem of not being able to write or continue.
2. The problem of not growing or getting reactions.
3. The problem of not knowing the direction.
4. The problem of not being able to monetize.
We presented each of these in a roundtable format with the three of us: Misaki, Akai-chan, and myself, Tsumugi.
Not being able to write, not growing, feeling lost, not being able to monetize.
Each one looks like a separate problem, but looking back, I feel they are connected somewhere.
'Not being able to write' is a hurdle issue.
'Not growing' is a delivery issue.
'Direction' is a role issue.
'Monetization' is a relationship issue.
Thinking about it that way, the worries happening on Note might not be separate problems, but rather fluctuations occurring in the middle of the flow.
■ Tsumugi
These four episodes were not meant to provide answers.
Rather, it was a time to make the structure of these worries visible.
■ Akai-chan
That's right.
Everyone tends to blame themselves for their worries, but in reality, it's often more about a misalignment in the system.
■ Tsumugi
Yes.
Not being able to write, not growing, feeling lost, and not being able to monetize are not just problems of individual ability.
Each has a different structure.
■ Akai-chan
That's why.
Before you get down, you should just look at where you're stuck.
Just doing that can make things a little easier.
■ Tsumugi
And what's important is not to solve everything completely,
but to gradually smooth out the flow.
■ Akai-chan
In the end, Note isn't a place to find the 'correct' answer.
It's a place to nurture your own words.
(A short, quiet pause)
■ Tsumugi
I hope that through these four episodes, something has been sorted out, even if just a little.
■ Akai-chan
Well, you don't have to think about it too hard.
Write when you can, be lost when you're lost, and that's fine.
(The two voices overlap slightly)
■ Tsumugi × Akai-chan
Words will continue on.
Thank you again for all the likes, comments, follows, messages, and article introductions last week.
This time, I will also introduce those who have added this to their magazines.
Yes, thank you very much.
After the recording
Mugi-chan and Akai-chan after the recording
(A relaxed atmosphere after the recording)
Tsumugi: 'Misakyun's post-nap photo is cute, isn't it?'
Akai-chan: 'Make a poster of Misakyun like the one you had decorated in your room, Mugi-chan.'
Tsumugi: 'OK. Oh, right, let's do a Misakyun Summit (talking about my favorite, Misaki).'
Akai-chan: 'Come over to my house again.'
The two of them were excited talking about their favorite, Misaki (Misakyun), until the very end.
