The insurance and subsidies your customers have lead to our work
Thank you as always! This is Kaiun-san.
Looking forward to working with you today as well! 😊
While there are many types of insurance in the world, there are some that create a connection between customers and us, who work in the housing industry.
The main one is "non-life insurance."
As you know, this is insurance that pays out when property is damaged.
The fact that insurance money is paid out when you are enrolled means that your customers are enrolled in non-life insurance, and they can use this insurance when some kind of damage occurs.
Using insurance means using that insurance money to repair or restore the home. But someone has to do that repair. Who could it be?
That's right. It's our turn.
Home repairs are not always paid for out of the customer's own pocket. Sometimes they are repaired using the insurance money they have.
However, there are unexpectedly many business operators who are not at all conscious of "receiving work using this insurance."
Since the home is being repaired by insurance, it is certainly a relief for the customer in terms of expenses, and it is also appreciated by the side receiving the work.
But the business operators receiving the work do not have that mindset.
It happens by chance that the customer brings up the story of repairing it with insurance, and they say, "If that's the case, please leave it to us."
When it comes to repairing with insurance, there is almost no talk of whether the estimate is high or low, so the customer makes a quick decision.
That is natural, isn't it?
For example, if a roof is damaged by a typhoon, they want to fix it quickly.
This means that when an event occurs where a house is repaired with non-life insurance, you can get the job if you respond immediately. To do this, you must ensure that immediate response to insurance cases is well-known.
There are many customers who do not know that damage cases can actually be repaired with the insurance they are enrolled in.
Therefore, you should announce it to customers in advance. It doesn't matter if it's during a visit or in a newsletter. Tell them, "If you need repairs due to damage, please contact me first."
It is important to have them consult with you before the insurance company introduces another contractor.
Next, I will write about subsidies.
There are many types of these subsidies in the world as well.
They exist, but there are many business operators who do not actively utilize them.
Subsidies relevant to us include long-term care insurance, renovation subsidies, thermal insulation subsidies, EcoCute subsidies, and so on.
Since subsidies are handled by the national or local government, even the same subsidy can differ slightly depending on the prefecture.
As the name implies, subsidies allow the national or local government to cover a certain percentage of home construction costs, so there is a significant cost benefit for the customer.
In the case of long-term care insurance, customers only need to pay 10% to 20% of the cost. The limit is 200,000 yen, of course. Naturally, you cannot use long-term care insurance unless you have received long-term care certification.
In this way, if subsidies can be used, the customer's burden is reduced, and if subsidies are utilized effectively, they can easily lead to work, just like non-life insurance.
Let's make sure to announce this clearly to our customers.
The fact that other companies are not interested is, in a sense, a high advantage for us.
There is a path where others do not go, leading to a mountain of flowers.
There is profit outside of other people's thinking. This is the truth.
See you later.
