Jimakocha Summer Festival: Commemorative illustration featuring all 56 participants released
For the after-party 'Everyone's Memory Stall',
I'm going to participate properly too❣️🫶
Since I'm the organizer for the after-party,
I'm not technically part of the count,
but as someone who has been an artist for a long time,
I really wanted to leave my thoughts behind🐈️
Trying out being everyone's artist was tough (but fun)

That was the project. What I actually did was very simple.
I received requests in the comment section,
and drew pictures of those people's characters and episodes.
That's all it was, but to be honest
I knew from the start it would be tough.
And, as I thought, it was tough😅
I gathered reference materials for the characters,
and checked over and over,
'Is this design really correct?'
and if my interpretation was off, I redrew it.
In the midst of that, what arrived from Kaeruko-san was
'Can you do a group photo of everyone who participated in the festival?'
That was the last order🐸
Once I realized there were over 40 people,
I braced myself, thinking 'This is a big job,'
but of course, I accepted it without hesitation.
The people who ran stalls,
the people who participated just by commenting,
the sponsors
Trying to draw everyone distinctly was another struggle😅
But, for as much as it was tough,
Each person's summer festival memories
are properly turning into art
Watching that scene, and the process behind it, was, well, incredibly fun.
It's not just 'order and done,' but rather
the way each person spent this summer festivalremains as a single piece of art.
I'm truly glad I did this 🥹
I'm unveiling the group photo of all the participants
Actually, I originally intended to
display them all lined up in theMarie's Art Shopexhibition space.
But once I started drawing, I realized something.
It was too small for just one exhibition space.

The people who ran stalls,
the people who participated just with comments,
and the sponsors who supported us.
Because I wanted to properly draweveryonewho was involved in the summer festival.
So I decided tocreate a special venue just for the group photo🐾
When I counted, there were a total of56 accounts.
Since they wouldn't fit in just one picture, I
divided them into 8 images by area and groupto draw them.

Since I'm the organizer, I'm not
included in the tally for the "My Memory Stall Award",
but if I were to choose the "most memorable stall" anyway,
I would still choosemy own drawing shop🤭
It took a tremendous amount of time,
but there wasn't a single day where I felt it was tough.
Taking on various requests,
and capturing the 'summer festival memories' of various people
in the form of a drawing.
Being able to help with that,
was so much fun the whole time.
I truly feel from the bottom of my heart
that I'm glad I did it🥹
There are two stalls I want to talk about at the after-party
Aside from the one memory stall I chose,
there are two stalls I really want to look back on🫶
Sena-chan's 'Essay Shop'
This stall,was amazing~❣️✨️
Everyone who went around for the stamp rally
probably knows because you saw it once,
a 'short essay written based on comment requests'
stall forimprovisational essays.
I mean,that's going to be a huge amount of work⁉️
Can you finish it⁉️ Are you okay⁉️😳
I thought it was a project that would make you feel that way🤭
The request I made was
'The white cat who met note'
Of course, I made the request intending 'white cat'
to be me, Marie.
And then, she turned an episode between Sena-chan and me
that I didn't even know about into an essay❣️🫶
Even during the times I didn't really notice,
she had been watching me the whole time.
What I did
became a source of courage for Sena-chan.
When I thought about that, I was so happy❣️✨️
Oh right, I thought it was a stall that required a level of skill
that would make people worry, but
I was so moved by Sena-chan for pulling it off brilliantly❣️💞

Kaeruko-san's "BLACK FLAME"

Anyway, enough with the preamble.
I think I'll adopt a tone like an analytical article,
which I didn't use during the festival period🤭
One of the conditions for opening a stall at this "Jimakocha Summer Festival" was
joining the membership of either Jimanyan or KOTAYA

Among those, KOTAYA-san's membership
"KOTAYA's Accomplice"
A
masterpiece song and MV that could be called the theme song for
this membership has been born.
The song is by the genius music director Kaeruko
, and the visuals are by the universally acclaimed all-around creator KOTAYA
Just looking at the production team, it's already an
unimpeachable
dream team.
I knew even before watching that this song would boost my vibes.
Once I started watching, both the music and the visuals
pulled me right into the
worldview of the accomplices.
It's a topic that to fully discuss could fill
an entire article on its own.
Still, I'll touch on one last
noteworthy surprise.
The characters of the accomplice members
appear in the MV.
My character also made sure to
assert its presence in the video.
I felt Kocha's love for the accomplices.
Not a heroic MV for Kocha alone to become a hero,
but an MV for all the accomplices.

I want to share the view with you

I’ll burn my life in the black flame!
I, too, am looking forward to seeing
what heights these accomplices will reach from here on,
and what kind of scenery they will see.
As one of the accomplices, I am very much looking forward to witnessing it,
and I feel very happy about it.
