[Event] It's a note course, but I won't be teaching writing techniques.

If it weren't for an opportunity like this,
I wouldn't really do something like this.

It was after the first day of the note operation writing support session that the student let out their true feelings with a wry smile.

It was the moment I gave them their homework as a "gift." lol

Come up with "100 worries that your customers have"!

・Even if I write a note, it doesn't get read!
・My likes and followers aren't increasing at all!
・I'm panicking because my view count is so low!

I'm thinking "I have to do something," but I don't know what to do!

That was the student who had such worries.

He is a "coaching" teacher who supports self-actualization through dialogue, and he was already amazing even before taking the course.

Ever since he signed up with me, he has been attracting a good flow. This is not a coincidence or good luck. It is a change that happened precisely because he "made up his mind and took action."

That is why I want to respond to that attitude with all my might.

It's not just about "writing"

Many people use social media to attract customers.However, just because you post everything and anything doesn't mean you'll meet customers. There are proper tricks to it.

In the past, I have worked as an instructor and support staff for entrepreneurship schools, and I have also operated my own blog and Instagram with about 3,000 followers to attract students for courses.

The note is written based on that experience. It's not easy, but basically, if you follow the same flow on any social media, it's not difficult to grow your account to a certain extent.

Thanks to that, my note has achieved the following results on its 43rd day.

・Total views exceeded 20,000
・7 articles with over 100 likes
・300 followers in 39 days (currently about 330)

It's not as flashy as an influencer's track record, but recently, I've been grateful to receive more messages asking, "Please teach me how to write notes."

There is something more important than how to write

When starting a note, it's easy to get caught up in techniques like "how should I write it?", but that's not what's truly important.

Especially when instructors write notes, what I want them to value is clarifying "who they want to reach."

That is because the instructor's job is to solve the customer's problems and lead them to the future they desire.

Being able to support someone's excitement is exactly why being an instructor is so interesting!

For that reason, you need to write notes that make people feel the hope that this person can lead me to my ideal future!

There is only one thing you need to do to make customers feel that "hope."

That is to thoroughly imagine your "one ideal customer."

In the course, we start by having the students, who are instructors themselves, clarify "who they want to lead and to what kind of future," and imagine it vividly.

What their daily life is like, what they feel anxious about, what troubles they have, what worries they have, what kind of future they are seeking...

This single target person is technically called a "persona."

Once this is firmly established, complete strangers will start saying, "I thought you were writing about me." It really happens.

Once that happens, you've got it made. Writing will become more and more fun!!

Think of "100 worries"! Haha

In the course, I give homework called a "gift" every time.

This time's gift is to think of 100 worries that your persona has.

If you are reading this and worrying that "my notes aren't being read," try thinking of the worries of the customers you want to reach, even if it's just 30 or 50, and your writing will naturally change!

By the way, I thought of 300. Haha

It's a bit tough, but I want my students to do their best to achieve their ideal future. Fight!

The purpose of posting is not 'writing'

The purpose of posting is not 'writing,' but 'making someone happy.'

When you write silently by yourself, your focus tends to shift toward 'writing,' which leads to mass-producing 'notes that don't get read.' Even so, if you keep writing, you'll naturally get the hang of it, but many people give up at that point.

That is why I continue to write to convey the joy of note.

The thoughts you want to convey will get across no matter how you write them!

Depending on where you focus your attention, your writing will change naturally. Writing that is done while thinking about 'someone you want to reach' will truly reach them, so please feel at ease and keep writing.

When I told a student, 'Your way of writing notes has changed, hasn't it!', they gave a wry smile and said, 'Do you think so?'

They might not realize it themselves, but the thoughts they want to convey are being carried by their words better than before. Oh, I wish I could convey this feeling!!
