MR Avatar Tokugawa Ieyasu
<App Version>
Saint MR Anubis
Tokugawa Ieyasu has not changed in terms of evaluation since appearing in the <App Version> on 0221/2025 (7-week delay), but has improved. The reason is the introduction of
Sub-Campaign and Koma.
Sub-campaign evaluation is ○ (Accuracy value Lv×240 increase, Skill 1 [Wind Break], Skill 2 max damage 4x). However, since Skill 2 is a 2-hit area attack, it runs on a 6-turn cycle. It is high cost partly because it is an avatar, but
Skill 1 [Wind Break] does not require an Intelligence stat contest once +7 Awakening is achieved
▷ With Koma, there is a possibility that maintaining stolen buffs (with 10% Intelligence increase) and triggering the 4x Skill 2 damage will become easier
I will recruit her for synergy purposes while feeling the appeal of [Wind Break].

-
Skill 1
-
2 area attacks on 6 enemies (higher damage the fewer enemies there are)
-
Before attacking,

Crit rate +20-80% (higher rate the higher the enemy's remaining HP%)
Upon each crit, 100% chance for [▼50 Burn 4t]

After all attacks, recover HP for 6 allies equal to 10% of total damage dealt
Before recovery, dispel 1 debuff
Skill 2
-
2 area attacks on 6 enemies (higher damage the fewer the enemies)
-
Before attacking,
100% chance to remove 1 buff
100% chance for [▼50 Bind 4t]: damage dealt -35%, crit rate -25%, damage taken +25%
If [Burn]: turn count +1, damage x2

After attacking, 100% chance for [▼50 Burn 4t]
-
-
After all attacks, heal 6 allies for 10% of total damage dealt
Before healing, remove 1 debuff
Points of Caution
The counterattack upon death lacks the 2x damage multiplier, and as a Strategist with low critical damage, the base stats are equivalent to Odin, but with fewer hits and no total damage output, and with more countermeasures like [◇Attack/Strength/Intelligence/Agility damage -50%] appearing.
[★Reverse Bet 4t] halves attack power, so the damage reduction for [Soul Seal] etc., which rely mainly on intelligence-based damage, is small, and it does not affect HP-based attacks.
Evaluation
First Impression
Question: Buff removal also has 50% resistance, but other than [▲Shadow Armor], there are only weak buffs. Is this necessary? (It would have been better to allocate CP elsewhere)
Skill Hopes: I expected something broken precisely because of this timing, but it turned out to be bad timing in a negative sense. *Please forgive me as this is a delusional hope, not a prediction.
Boss Battles/Campaign

Debuff: Before Skill 2 [▼50 Bind 4t], After Skill 1 & 2 [▼50 Burn 4t], Upon Deployment [★Reverse Bet 4t]
* "Before" is applied even if it doesn't hit, "After" requires a hit
If you can utilize [Burn] as a sub, that's fine, but since it can't be applied without hitting (and Skill 1 requires a critical hit) (+1 doesn't require a hit), I doubt you can prepare equipment capable of hitting and landing criticals.
Since [★Reverse Bet 4t] can reduce status ailment resistance by 50%, if you are lucky, the debuff might take effect.
PvP
Role: [Burn] +1 (Sorry if it falls due to collateral reflection)
Reflection [★Soul Seal] Countermeasure: [▲Shadow Armor 4t]
Enemy Compatibility: ○ [In Mist], Buffer
× [Berserk], Barrier, Archer, Reflection, Stun, [◇Attack/Strength/Intelligence/Agility Damage 50% Reduction] [Dawn]
Ally Grant: [★Reverse Bet 4t] [▼50 Seal 1t] [▼50 Burn 4t] [▼50 Bind 4t]
Ally Requirement: Izanami, Emperor Yan, Li Si, Guiguzi
Ally Dislike: Heracles ([Burn] damage reflection)
Counterattack damage upon death, targeting main units, [▲Shadow Armor 4t], infinite [Jade Wall], [▼50 Seal 1t] / [▼50 Burn 4t] application, [▼50 Burn 4t] damage requires equipment.
If so, wouldn't it be better to enhance the equipment of the [Burn] user and their partner?
Regarding the [▼50 Seal 1t] on 6 enemies in Skill 1, if you win in intelligence: it's 50%, so the rate is low, and if it doesn't affect the buffer, there is a possibility of removal.

General Review
A straightforward non-ace design.
Even with low firepower, if you hit while adding +1 to the [Burn] spread by your ace with skill 2, you can deal massive damage.
However,
Rhythm disrupted by crowd control.
Since you cannot add +1 without the ace's [Burn], you end up just being a low-firepower mage dealing double [Burn] damage.Clear weaknesses.
Does not counter [Berserk], Archer generals, or barriers.Increases the chance for anyone to deal [Burn] damage, but [Burn] disappears.
If applied with skill 1/2, you become more vulnerable to reflection.Accuracy (and crit for skill 1) is essential to spread [Burn].
Relies on luck.
1) might be manageable if there are multiple [Burn] appliers (though overwriting with a weaker [Burn] may occur), but it is better to improve the equipment of those units, as that allows for countering 2) in the freed-up slot.
Regarding 3), even if it's not 1), if allies hit [Burn], it gets consumed, and it might not remain on Anubis, making it impossible to add +1 to the ace's [Burn]. Furthermore, if the enemy has a reflection tank, Anubis's [Burn] spreading increases the chance of ally buffers self-destructing.
Even if you have only Anubis spread [Burn] to increase firepower for attacks, it requires 4) (adding +1 to [Burn] is before attacking, so accuracy is not needed), and it requires countering 2), leading back to the same issue as 1).
[★Reverse Bet 4t], [▼50 Seal 1t], [▼50 Burn 4t], and counter-attack upon death all actually have counters. If you try to make use of them, you end up needing to be babysat despite being a support unit.
(Even if you are a babysitter/attacker hybrid, if [Burn] is your main source of damage, you separately need to counter 2))
In other words, your win rate might increase against enemies you were already beating with [Burn], but you will lose badly against opponents you were already losing to.
(Against higher-level players, it becomes harder to land hits and crits.)
Therefore, despite pouring resources in, your PvP ranking will either not change or will drop.
Since I didn't feel the effect with my previous lineup that paired Guiguzi and Heracles with [Burn] +1, I have no plans to recruit them.
IF
If it applied [Burn] before attacking, it might be different, but since low-cost equipment isn't enough to deal self-[Burn] damage, it would be pointless, wouldn't it? If the exclusive weapon had an intelligence stat increase, self-[Accumulate], and also [▼Burn], I might have hesitated for a moment.
