5 Songs to Listen to When You Are Mentally and Physically Exhausted
Everyone has tough times, don't they?
You've tried your best, but you just can't anymore...
It's so exhausting...
I feel that way quite often.
Truly, thank you for all your hard work.
Here are 5 songs I'd like to recommend for those moments.
This is when I used to listen to them.
About a year ago, I had a rash all over my face,
and it was a very difficult time.
Even though I decided on my own to stop taking the medication,
I had to face the reality of severe itching and a bumpy face.
I couldn't see a way out, and I was completely exhausted.
Even during those times, these songs saved me.

5 Songs to Listen to When You Are Mentally and Physically Exhausted
相対性理論 (Soutaiseiriron) - "Vermont Kiss"
The very beginning of the song is just the best.
I love Soutaiseiriron so much.
The super cute vocals, the catchy melody, and the interesting lyrics.
Once you're feeling better, please check out their other songs too.
"Et-chan
(Sorry, that's just what I call the vocalist on my own)
gave up, huh?
I'm done with it too.
It doesn't matter either way."
It's a song that helps you let go in a positive way, like that.
"Anpanman Taisou" (Anpanman Gymnastics)
Anpanman here.
I think everyone who has experienced raising children goes through this.
When my daughter was little, I used to sing this to put her to sleep.
She wouldn't fall asleep at all, though.
My daughter is still a handful now, but
she was the type to scream at the top of her lungs since she was little.
On days when I was worn out, when I sang this song
to put her to sleep, I would end up crying.
After crying, I felt a little refreshed.
This song is good to listen to, but
I also recommend singing it yourself, for your own sake.
andymori - "Nage KISS wo Ageru yo" (I'll Give You a Flying Kiss)
This one also hits home right from the start.
And you feel wrapped up in the chorus.
I love andymori too.
I wonder if they're popular again recently.
Their other songs are also absolutely the best.
Please let yourself be completely immersed
in the overwhelming vocals of Oyamada-san.
I recommend listening with your eyes closed.
Chatmonchy - "Somaru yo" (I'll Be Dyed)
I think it's probably a breakup song.
But,
when you're trying your best but things aren't going well,
I feel like it really resonates.
The performance, the melody, the lyrics, and the vocals.
Everything is the best.
The pure power just hits you.
Chatmonchy is truly amazing.
My vocabulary is just too limited...
I also recommend singing this song at the top of your lungs while in the bath or similar places.
Daniel Powter - "Bad Day"
Just one Western song.
It was popular a long time ago, wasn't it?
It's a classic for days when something bad has happened.
It probably needs no explanation.
I'm not at all knowledgeable about Western music,
and I can't speak English,
but I used to sing along to this.
I'd hum along casually,
and just shout out the "You had a bad day!"
part.
Summary
Since I'm in my 30s,
this has become a rather biased lineup
centered on songs I used to listen to back in the day.
I wasn't sure about copyright issues,
so I haven't included links to the audio sources.
However, every one of these songs is absolutely amazing,
so I hope you will search for the song titles or artist names
and give them a listen.
Thank you for reading.
I hope this helps brighten your mood even just a little bit✨
