Now that I have over 3,000 followers, there is a message I want to share once more🌿
When I first started note,
even when I posted articles, there was almost no reaction.
Getting a few likes was enough.
The time spent being unread was longer,
yet, I kept writing.
It is better to know psychological insights
than not to know them at all.
If there is a perspective that can help someone
who is struggling feel even a little bit better,
it is worth sharing.
Thinking back now,
it might have been a feeling bordering on being a bit meddlesome.
Even so,
I kept writing, believing it would reach someone.
Now that I have just over 3,000 followers,
first, let me say
thank youto those who have walked this far with me🌿
An event that made me wish I had influence
Recently, I learned about a certain crowdfunding project.
It is the work of GAGO-276-.
I was deeply moved by their ongoing efforts to create clothing
so that their son with achondroplasia can naturally choose clothes that fit his body.
At that moment, a thought suddenly crossed my mind.
I wish I had more influence.
I wish more people could know about this initiative.
It was the moment when the reason I have kept writing
became a little clearer in my own words.
Not the number of people reading,
but the power to deliver the necessary words to where they are needed.
Right now,
I feel that I want to nurture that power.

※The crowdfunding for this initiative has already ended.
However, it is not an activity that ends there,
but a pursuit that still continues in daily life.
Clothing creation that began for a son with achondroplasia.
I introduced it here because I believe the background and the thoughts behind it
are something I want many more people to know about in the future.
An article that hadn't moved for a long time
There is an article I wrote shortly after I started using note.
It is a piece about the perspective of the 'middle way,'
which helps people whose thoughts tend to swing to extremes
live a little more easily.
For a long time,
that article was hardly read at all.
The number of likes remained unchanged, and
there were times when I felt that perhaps,
for me, it was a piece that had already served its purpose.
A connection made unexpectedly one day
Recently,
Mumei S note 5-toryu! found that article.
After receiving a comment,
and having it added to a magazine,
I felt that it had reached someone—quietly, but surely.
Writing can sometimes
reach the people who need it,
at the exact moment they need it.
I was reminded of that once again.

It was also an event that made me remember
how I felt when I first wrote it.
I felt that now, I could deliver it in a different way
Reading the original text again,
what I want to convey remains the same.
However,
it was written heavily from the writer's perspective,
and I felt there was room to refine it from the reader's point of view.
So this time,
instead of reposting it,
I have rewritten the same theme from my current perspective.
My honest feelings about likes and magazines right now
There are days when I cannot return likes on every article.
Sometimes I hit the like limit and cannot keep up with the responses.
To be honest, there are times when I cannot keep track of everything.
Even so,
'I have read your work,'
'I have received it with care'—
I do not want to treat those feelings carelessly.
That is why I choose to gently keep the pieces that stay in my heart
in the form of a magazine.
It may not be perfect, but
I want to cherish each and every encounter without letting them slip away.
Receiving comments makes me truly happy, and
I always want to reply to them.
Being able to exchange words with you
is my greatest encouragement and support.
Even if I cannot respond to everyone in the same way,
I want to remain sincere.
That is my way of engaging with things right now.
From here on,
I will post the revised text on the Middle Way as it is.
When your thoughts feel unsteady,
I would be happy if you could read this
as a place to return to.🌿
The gentle perspective of the Middle Way
── A calm practice for noticing your habits of thought 🌿
Every day, without realizing it,
people sway toward extreme ways of thinking.
Trying too hard,
not wanting to do anything at all,
prioritizing others too much,
or constantly putting yourself last.
None of these are wrong.
However, the more you sway,
the more your heart becomes tired.
A perspective where you don't have to choose one or the other
There is a concept called the Middle Way.
It is a perspective of returning to the center,
without leaning toward either side.
Black or white,
right or wrong,
to do or not to do.
When you keep thinking in binary choices,
it becomes easy to lose sight of the kindness in the gray,
and the space to pause along the way.
Habits of thought are not your personality
Demanding perfection makes you feel suffocated,
and giving up makes you feel miserable again.
I feel that there are many people
who repeat this back-and-forth.
Habits of thought are
not an innate personality,
but a learned reaction.
I might be being a bit extreme right now.
Just by noticing that,
the tension in your heart will loosen just a little.
The Middle Way is not a way of living without effort
The Middle Way is not about doing nothing, nor is it about choosing neither.
Working hard and resting, caring for others and protecting oneself—
it is a perspective that treats both with equal weight.
A small question for when your thoughts are wavering 🌿
🌿 If I look at this differently, what meaning might it have? ☀️ What is within my reach right now? 🌸 Is there a path I can take even if it is not perfect? 🤝 What choice can protect both others and myself?
It is okay not to have an answer. Simply posing the question softens your thoughts a little.
Calmness is already within you
The sky expands without choosing, and the clouds drift without judgment.
Perhaps the human heart, too, finds its balance while it wavers.
The kindness of the Middle Way is already within you.
You only need to remember it. You do not need to choose again.
Today, I was able to return to the center a little. That alone is enough 🌿
Here is the first article I wrote about the Middle Way
(I have left the perspective from that time as it was)
As of 2/26/2026, there were 6 likes. It seems it was read by a few more people after Mumei S note 5-tou-ryu! introduced it. Thank you 😌💞
In closing
Thank you for reading this far.
As I continue to write, my desire to value "reaching the right people in the right way" over "reaching many people" has become clearer little by little.
I believe the perspective of the Middle Way is not meant to change anyone else, but to help me return to a place of ease.
If your thoughts are wavering right now,
I would be happy if even just one line from today's article,
stays gently with you🌸🌿
