A place where it's okay to stay still.
Please, take a little rest here.
Nice to meet you.
I'm Hebiichigo.

Right now, I am someone who
“cannot move,”
“stops because I think too much,”
“feels distressed even though I want to do my best.”
I share content that puts such “mental blocks”
into words and organizes them.
I, too, used to live
constantly thinking I “had to do things right.”
In both work and life,
I tried my best to keep things from falling apart.
But at some point,
I knew what I had to do, but I couldn't move.
I didn't feel recovered even after resting.
I felt tired just from thinking.
Such states became more frequent.
At the time,
I thought,
“It's because I'm weak.”
But I have come to understand something little by little.
The reason I couldn't move
wasn't because I was being lazy.
I had continued to tell myself “I must do things right”
and “I must not stop” for too long,
so somewhere in my thinking,
I had remained tightly wound up
the whole time.
That is why this place is,
not a place to force you to move forward,
but a place to look together at
“where you are stuck”and “what is holding you back.”
We will look at these things together.
Lately,
“I must do things right,”
“I must move,”
“I'm not good enough as I am”—
haven't these words
been filling up your head too much?
You know what you need to do,
but for some reason, you can't move.
There are days when even sending a single reply feels exhausting.
You feel tired from just making small decisions.
Even though you are supposed to be resting, you don't feel like you are recovering.
Even though you actually have the desire to do it,
the moment you start thinking about it,
both your body and your thoughts come to a halt.
But I don't think that means
you are weak,
or that you are no good.
Because sometimes,
when people push themselves too hard for too long,
they stop in the form of 'becoming unable to move'.
So here,
rather than 'how to try hard',
we will look at 'where you are stuck'.
Depending on the person,
the place where they stop is different.
Some people have forgotten how to rest,
and some people are unable to move because they think too much.
Even though they 'want to try hard',
there are also people who feel distressed when they try to do so.
Therefore,
please try reading slowly,
starting from the parts that seem close to your current self.
Perhaps,
there might be something you think,
'Oh, this might be me right now',
or there might be a note that puts into words,
the things stuck in your head.
It is okay if you don't force yourself to find an answer,
so please just read the parts that interest you,
starting from what seems close to your current self.
It is okay if it is not in order.
It is okay if you don't read everything.
Today,
just knowing 'where you are stuck'
is enough.

▼ When you have a little bit of room
▼ When you want to organize your thoughts
↑ I will update the articles as appropriate 🍓
On days when you cannot move forward,
it might be okay to make it a 'day to know where you are stuck'.
I would be happy if this could be
a place for that.
