March Project for 'The Garden of Words': 'I am graduating from...'
The writing project for March in the 'Garden of Words' membership is,
'I am graduating from...'
'I am graduating from...'
'I want to graduate from...'
Now, I will tell you what Kazenoboushi is graduating from on March 1st.
It's like a snake, but I feel the urge to shed my skin periodically.
No, perhaps it's closer to an insect undergoing metamorphosis.
When I confine myself to a specific definition, that state eventually starts to feel like a chrysalis, and I eagerly pursue the next form.
I have lived my life transforming in that way.
I possess the contradictory traits of being good at continuing things while simultaneously being easily bored.
Well, the other day, my self-understanding progressed further, and I realized that my self-acceptance is completely insufficient.
Since I have kept taking action, my self-efficacy is likely high to some extent.
Having survived as a freelancer for 10 years, I also understand how to maintain my mindset and how to take on challenges.
However, basically, a drill sergeant lives inside me, and it is a fact that he never praises me.
It's only natural that you can do that much. Aim for a higher level.
It is painful to have this said to me calmly and continuously.
Yes, it was painful.
I was able to realize that.
I have a feeling that it is time to shed my skin again.
At times like this, it is best to entrust myself to my inner voice and inspiration.

Looking at it this way,
・INFJ
・Kindle author
・Note researcher
・Writer
and so on, I have many titles.
It is true that by establishing these frameworks, I was able to deepen my self-understanding and move forward.
However, as the version of myself within those frameworks grows, it starts to feel restrictive.
Now, last autumn, there was a moment while writing on Note where I clearly felt a transformation.
Around the time I connected with Haruka Minaka, the circle of people I was connecting with began to change rapidly.
I am sure that at some point, Haruka Minaka realized, 'Oh, it's okay for me to accept my own charm.'
A person who has achieved self-acceptance becomes kind to themselves and others, and becomes a standard-bearer for a virtuous cycle.
This is a bit of a tangent, but when I first saw Takuro's manzai on TV, it had the same impact as when I saw Warai Meshi on M-1.
And I had always wondered, 'Why aren't such funny people selling out at all?' but last year, they achieved a brilliant victory.
When you go to a comedy theater, the people who are likely to become successful look radiant. They are so sparkling that you can tell in an instant.
Perhaps one of the things I am best at is the ability to visualize a person's vessel of potential, including parts they haven't even realized themselves yet.
In the past, I worked as an instructor for a contest, and I was able to produce grand prize winners for two consecutive years.
At that time, people told me, 'You're good at teaching' or 'You're good at nurturing,' but that's not true at all.
I just found people with talent and bowed my head, asking, 'Would you please work with me?'
Yes, I simply saw their vessel of potential, reached out to them asking, 'Would you like to take this course?', and they agreed.
After that, I focused on conveying objective opinions without excess or deficiency, while being careful not to hinder the blossoming of their abilities.
That is truly all I did.
Around the same time I connected with Haruka Minaka, I also had the good fortune to connect with these people.
I was moved by how such wonderful people kept appearing one after another.
Hanako-san is brilliant in every way. She surely has both a high IQ and EQ, but the fact that she realizes 'the future is about EQ' is what makes her even more wonderful. This is what I call true intelligence. Also, smart people usually have a great sense of humor.
Nozomin-san is only showing about 10% or 20% of her potential, and yet her note is growing this much. It’s going to be terrifying once she fully blossoms. Of course, I can't wait to see that happen🌻
The people who have joined the 'Garden of Words' are a treasure trove of potential. I wanted to introduce more of you, but if I list everyone one by one, there would be no end to it, so I have to tearfully omit the rest.
Now, until recently, I felt like I was mostly broadcasting one-way, but since last autumn, I have felt that I am finally creating a cycle.
There is a reason for this; the inherently damp and sorrowful sadness of Kaze no Boushi has gradually healed, and I must have gained more room to breathe.
Even when someone does something unpleasant, I've become able to let it go, thinking, 'Well, it's fine. They let it out and feel better now.'
I no longer take damage head-on (though I still take a little bit).
Until now, I was often fixated upon by people who were cunning or wanted to stay in that territory.
But gradually, I became able to say 'No,' such as 'Please stop' or 'You are bothering me.'
I no longer hesitate to express my refusal.
It can't be helped. Because I just don't like it.
When you clearly present your likes and dislikes, your core is conveyed.
Antis will likely appear, but I will accept that.
The fact that the number of people supporting you increases means that a reaction occurs and you will be disliked.
It is a paradox, but those who are prepared to be disliked are more likely to be supported.
Once this sinks in, the flow of connections changes significantly.
In the end, life is about the ball you throw coming back to you.
Based on that, 'So, what kind of ball will you throw?' is the question.
The introduction has become long, but
Kaze no Boushi will graduate from my current title, and
Attraction Note Master
I will call myself that.
If you want to attract good luck, please be sure to get involved with Kaze no Boushi.
The other day, I noticed a weakness I had been turning a blind eye to, felt down for a while, and keenly felt my own naivety.
However, I managed to surface from that and accept my flaws, so I have a feeling I'll be on the rise again from here.
Good things come with a premonition.
March is a fun time to get involved with Kaze no Boushi.
If you read my daily notes or follow me, there are many good things in store for you.
So, with that said, I look forward to your continued support.

Hehe, sounds suspicious, doesn't it?
