Beyond the Fleeting Sky
When did people
start thinking that they 'must be strong'?
'You must not cry'
'You must not complain'
'You must not be a burden'
There are many people in this world who have walked until today while locking away their hearts in just that way.
In truth, they only wanted someone to say'It must have been painful' to them.
They only wanted someone to acknowledge them by saying'It is okay to just be yourself'.
But in reality, the harder people try, and the more they smile, the more they are thought of as
'people who are fine'.
Perhaps that is why, when night falls, people look up at the sky quietly and alone.

I believe this.
I believe that life is defined not by'what you possess,' but by 'what you have overcome,' which determines the depth of a person.
If I may say so, kindness that does not know suffering is somewhat shallow.
Words that do not know loneliness are somewhat light.
That is why those who have been hurt are the ones who can truly save someone else.
There is a view that can only be seen by those who have lived through today while being worn down.
I have lived for 64 years, and I have seen that many times.
'People do not smile because they are happy'
I believe that only when one finds a small hope amidst suffering can one truly smile.
And people can change.
I know this because I am someone who has actually done things that could have ended my life.
No matter how dark the past, no matter how many times you fail, and no matter your age, people can change.
However, change requires pain.
If you only choose the easy path, you might indeed avoid getting hurt.
However, your heart will gradually grow weaker.
Conversely, those who do not run from suffering, who grit their teeth and try to move forward even one step, quietly become stronger.
That strength is not for looking down on others, but becomes the strength to say to yourself,“Let me try living once more.”to yourself.

I used to think that happiness was“a state of having no worries.”
But I was wrong.
I learned that happiness is not about wounds disappearing, but about trying to love someone even while carrying those wounds, and trying to believe in tomorrow again.
I believe that very way of being is what happiness is.
When you look at the sky, the clouds never have the same shape.
Life is the same; in reality, there is no one whose life is always smooth sailing.
Carrying loneliness they cannot tell anyone about, shedding tears they show to no one, people still live while smiling.
That is why I like people who live clumsily.
“People who cannot smile well”
“People who stumble over their words”
“People who work hard in secret”
I think such people are far more beautiful.
The philosopher Nietzsche left behind words that mean,“Only those who have been deeply wounded can fly high.”
I truly believe that is the case.
People can understand the pain of others to the extent they have fallen, and can become kinder to the extent they have known tears.
So, if there is anyone who is tired of life right now, I hope you will remember this.
The tears you have shed are not in vain.
Those tears will save someone someday.

In the end, it is not titles or money that remain, but only the truth and how one lived. that endure.
The memory of having supported someone is far more precious than having defeated them.
Every time I look at the fleeting sky, I think of this.
Life is not eternal, and that is precisely why it is so dear.
There is no guarantee that tomorrow will come.
So, if you were able to be kind to someone today, perhaps that alone is enough to give life meaning.
And if you are currently in the midst of loneliness, please look up at the sky.
Under the same sky, someone is wishing for your happiness.

Control
Anger is a flame that burns oneself first.
Overcome anger by not getting angry.
Suffering is born from the heart that compares.
Letting go of attachment and how to hold your heart
Everything is in flux.
What lies beyond attachment is loss.
If your heart changes, the way you see the world changes.
Living in the present and gratitude
Do as much good as you can in the day that is today.
Happiness comes from the small habit of gratitude.
The truth of life and final words
All things must pass. Strive on without negligence.
